When to best buy to get a good deal on a new phone 2 weeks later the phone is not working

The plus is what separates this from the majority of the S10 line up. The display and cameras are very good. I can't say I am a huge fan of the numerous shootings modes too.many for my tastes. I came from S7 which had simple point and shoot and it took good pictures but the S10+ takes some playing with to get pictures to come out the way I like them. Only time will tell. As far as processing power and storage this phone is awesome! It came 256 gig and I added 512 memory card so pretty sure I will never run out storage. The ceramic back on this phone does give the phone a stronger feel than the plastic backed lower models. The screen is size is a bit big but I'm getting used to it. I wish the Bixby button was gone, don't use it. The location of that button makes the volume buttons a bit awkward when using 1 hand. The battery life is off the charts awesome. But only time will tell how long that it will be before it goes down to average. If you want this size of the phone but don't want to spend the amount for a Note 10 you can't go wrong with this phone especially since best buy has this model the same price as the regular S10 256 model.

Upgraded from GS7. Dramatic upgrade in speed, camera, and storage capacity. I usually keep my phones for more that 1 yr when I like them as in the case for my GS7. With the GS10 bringing the fingerprint reader back to the front was a game changer. The ability to charge my wifes phone from mine has come in handy a couple times and ofcourse the cameras. Amazing options built in without an extra app. Battery life is also great. a full day of power from 5am - midnight. Must haves with this phone. Buy a protective case.. It comes with a built in screen protector. Make sure the case is easy to hold and NOT slippery. Phone too expensive to drop. Buy the 128gb or higher internal memory phone. you can still add a memory card if you need more space. Best phone I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone especially iPhone users who are tired of the same thing over and over again.

Coming from a galaxy s7 edge I expected the phone to be a bit larger, and side by side comparison the phone obviously is just a few mm larger (dont just look at screen size but overall dimensions).. however after using this s10+ for a few weeks it just feels awkward to carry in my jeans pocket. It's almost too large. To be honest I dont notice much of a performance difference except the battery lasts longer but I can't say its much better than the s7 was when new. The storage on the this phone was my main reason for purchase and with best buys discount it was well worth the price. The s10 may be a better purchase because of the smaller form.. also this is the first phone I've felt the need to use a case with because the ceramic back felt very slick.

Until now, I had always upgraded to the newest Samsung Galaxy Note, but since the Note 9 update was minimal and disappointing in my opinion, I decided to wait for the Galaxy 10, and I'm so happy I waited. This phone is beautiful and operates fantastic. The camera is amazing, the speed is awesome, the battery is gi-normous, and just all around the best phone to date.

The new Galaxy S10+ is overall a good phone. The increased internal storage is a very welcomed upgrade, but the in glass finger print scanner leaves a lot to be desired. The additional cameras are nice for people who use their phones as their main camera, but its not a huge upgrade from the previous S9+. Selfies are a bit better and the slomo feature works a bit better. However, in normal use, there isn't much noticeable difference from the S9+. The in screen fingerprint scanner is hit or miss, and noticeably slower than the rear fingerprint scanner on the S9+. Roughly 25% of unlock attempts end up not recognizing the fingerprint and I have to resort to the pin unlock method. This is rather annoying and my biggest gripe about the phone, especially considering the unlock feature is what I use every single time i go to use my phone. Previous phone rarely had this issue and was very quick at unlocking. Battery performance is the same as S9+. I get about a days worth of usage, I'm writing this review at 4pm and my phone is on a charger with 19% battery and I've been at work for most of the day not using it if that tells you anything. Performance on apps are solid and quick. OS is intuitive. Bixby is a little bit better but still pretty much worthless. Maybe I'm just not mentally integrated into the whole "talk to my phone to search google" thing as other people. Outside of that, its basically an S9+ with a fancier fingerprint scanner that works slower. The increased internal storage is nice. I upgraded from an S9+ and miss that phones fingerprint scanner. Hindsight, I probably wouldn't have upgraded if I knew the fingerprint would bring such annoyances. If you don't use that feature or have another device to automatically unlock the phone when its near, then this would be a great phone.

We were ready to upgrade and after giving up the Apple Kool Aid years ago we were looking for the best phone we could get and decided on the Galaxy s10 Plus 512 gig. More storage than we can really use, beautiful phone amazing screen and battery life. You wont be disappointed with this phone

Great phone I love it and glad I finally bought a new phone and waited to grab this one. The batter last all day while using it constantly and I mean seriously constantly. The phone is fast and does not lag. It has too many cool and awesomely great feature to even start. I would start by saying if you are looking for a new phone and thinking about the Samsung Galaxy S10/10+ get it!!!

I have not had any issues with my phones so far. It is faster and easier to use than my previous Samsung phone. No complaints and I love the new edgeless screen and features.

Jumped over from the s9+ and must say I don't regret it. Feels great in the hand, battery lasts and lasts, and camera is great quality. Happy and recommend it for sure

I normally do not gloat of new slabs of Silicon however Samsung got this one right this time... the form factor, the screen, the storage, and One UI... homerun.

This is a great phone. The features are awesome. Its easy to use and feels great in my hand. The battery life is great as well and have the fast charging is clutch.

This phone is pretty fast and responsive. The picture quality is great and the phone itself is sleek. Glad I upgraded.

A longtime Galaxy user and I have to say this is one of the best I've ever owned. Still early but phone was easy to set up and is running flawlessly.

Great purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S10 phone had a great battery and good camera

I've been waiting for this phone for a while, and now since the price is down, I've never looked back! A lot of people love the finger sensor, but I hardly use it because it recognizes my face so fast! My favorite thing is the battery, where its close to 36-48 hrs when I need to charge it again, and I'm not frugal with using apps that have drained battery life in the past! I highly recommend.

The s10 plus is hands down Samsung's best phone by far. The cameras it has shoot the most breathtaking pictures you'll ever see. The in-display finger print scanner is awesome and I bought a Simply Carbon Fiber strong protective film and it works with that on. These are just two of the many amazing features this phone has!

So happy. Fast. Amazing screen quality. Great camera. Awesome product.
