I upgraded from HTC and this is the world of difference. The buying experience at Best Buy was wonderful. We were greeted right away and put into a waiting que. The wait was only about 15 minutes because they had quite a few staff handling the Christmas crowd. Overall I'm very pleased with the experience.

I have had some issues with Bixby but I am still learning what the phone can do. I may turn off some of the apps I don't need. I wouldn't say that it has things I don't like, I think I am just adjusting to the newness of the phone. I went from an S5 to this so it's quite an upgrade. If I can get Bixby to work the way I want, then I will be very happy.

Poor reception is contributing to regularly dropped and poor quality calls in my home. My old phone did not have this issue. Like the small size though, but would rethink purchasing it if I had known I would have poor reception.
