Sales people at the Best Buy store said the S10E was an upgrade from the Note 5 my wife had. We find the S10e as a decent phone but the camera isn't nearly as good and has less features (settings) as the Note 5. We told the sales team we wanted a phone with at least as good a camera but so far we are less than impressed.

Bought this phone to replace my S8, which cracked falling onto a matt at the gym. This one slipped out of my hands and landed on carpet right after I got it home and the back is now cracked. My advice is to make sure you have your cocoon of a phone case in hand before you purchase the phone. Love the gadgets and ease of use.

This is just as good as the 10+ - it is just missing the third camera lens and the fingerprint scanner is on the side instead of read off the glass. Not an issue cuz she doesn't use the scanner anyway. It does just as good a job. I highly recommend

Not as many bells and whistles as the new S10 so price should have been priced far less. Otherwise, the phone works perfectly and the store assistance in setting it up and changing over phones was AMAZING. I will never buy from Verizon direct again, Best Buy all the way !
