I upgraded to the 256 GB Galaxy S10e with 8 GB of RAM from a Galaxy S7. My old battery needed charging all the time, and I would experience some lag while running multiple apps (games, android auto, chrome). That has all gone away with the new S10e. The battery is slightly bigger than the S7 (3100 mAh vs 3000) and it seems to manage the battery better. The phone can seamlessly switch between apps, and can run several apps simultaneously. Now, when running android auto in the passenger seat, the phone doesn't lag at all if I want to use other apps at the same time. The phone size is just about the same, but the screen is bigger. I was concerned that the hole punch might be distracting during videos, but it is rarely even a factor. Many videos will not overlay on top of that part of the screen. Even though the camera doesn't have the additional 2x optical zoom lens of the other S10 phones, it still takes great pictures. The fingerprint scanner on the side is very fast and works well. I was happy to see that Samsung kept the 3.5mm headphone jack and the option to expand with an SD card. My old S7 had only 32GB of internal memory and I started to run out of space for apps, since many cannot be installed to an SD card. I don't think I'll ever run out of space with this new hard drive. I am extremely happy with this phone.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S6. Does everything I need and more. Love the fingerprint sensor on the power button. It works well, quick and easy. The S6 fingerprint security rarely worked on the first try so I used a pattern instead but that was not very fast either.

The phone is easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Easy to buy online and pick up in the store less than 2 hours later. Phone was activated and easy to set up. Best Buy also had a free wireless charger with the purchase. It came via UPS a few days later. It works great, and even charges my S7 in its case.

I got a great phone for a great price. I upgraded from a Galaxy 7. The pink is beautiful and the screen is vivid. The Best Buy staff were knowledgeable and efficient. We got there at 8:00 pm and was out by 8:30 even with the transfer between phones.

the touch screen seems to require too firm a touch; not sure if it is not "broken in" or if it is the protective shield which requires a stronger touch. the last Samsung S6 that I had did not require the stronger touch that is required on this S10e.

I upgraded from the s8..not much difference. Do like that it does not have the curved screen so that a case can better protect it!

This is a cute phone at upgraded from an 8 plus definitely a lot smaller did not realize how small it is but it's nice I purchase the flamingo pink I like it few different things but all in all it's a good phone

Was not planning on upgrading, but Best Buy had a great deal (pre-Black Friday). I did really to to upgrade (previous model lagged just a bit). I love this new phone. All of my content transferred easily.

Bought this right as the S20 series was coming out - a savvy buy for people unwilling to pay the $1,000 pricetag for the latest phone (or people like me for whom the latest specs are just overkill).

Love this new Samsung S10E. Works a lot like the old S6, but the picture quality is amazing. Feels like my old phone in my hands, but when I look at pictures...it's new and improved. Well done Samsung!
