Nice phone. Still trying to figure out how to get areas. Somehow I have 4 digit pin lock. Time I go thru unlocking process the phone has quit ringing. I hate that. Hoping I'll get it figured out. It takes all new fittings so invest in auto charger as well, it doesn't come with.

The camera is good. Missing text messages as they come in as there is no led light on the screen to let you know one has came in like on the S6, S8,..... Really annoying! If I would of know this I wouldn't of purchased it.

not as user friendly as my other phone. camera is definitely better. Verizon sucks so far. With Cricket I never had a problem with a signal. Now I rarely get one at my own house. They claimed to better but they are not.

I got this phone through Best Buy because I got a great deal for $20 a month less than what Verizon could do for a loyal customer! Well worth it. Check BB before you do it at the cell phone store!

I went from a Galaxy S7 to a Galaxy S10e. there definitely is a learning curve. It does not seem to be as water resistant as the s7. the otter box does not have a front screen. The glass I put on it makes it harder to use. . Can not answer it in a Water pouch like the S7.

They set up my new phone and transferred all of the info from my other phone without issue. Friendly and quick service. They answered all the questions I asked and help me decide the proper phone for me.

The S10e was the phone that my wife picked out and similar to my review on the S10+ it is a fantastic phone and she is still learning all the functions it has to offer, but she really likes the phone!

Fits snuggly, better than average hand gripping along all sides, my Bose headphones snap completely into this case--versus the slightly cheaper case, case does not interfere with Edge access at all.

Went to best buy switches to Verizon from sprint we got the bogof bought 4 s10 a little smaller than the s7 and still has the edge we get better coverage love the covers it comes with

The phone is OK but as a first time smart phone user it isn't that easy to use. There should be instructions that come with phone for older people to be able to work through things on the phone.

I have used Galaxy for more than 10 years, and this one is one of them. I don't like this phone as much as my previous Galaxy phones because the battery is always an issue like many other Galaxy phone and the quality is not as good.

This is probably the best phone I have ever owned, except for Bixby. Why won't Samsung let us disable or uninstall Bixby? Great value when on sale, otherwise, a bit pricey.

Once phone, easy to use, is my first new phone since Galaxy 5. I've been teased previously but not no more. A lot about the phone I still don't know, but ill learn soon

Bough this for my daughter and she loves it. Has had no issues with it. Solid phone. Got it for free when we added a line so can't complain with price.

Phone seems great. Even though the learning curve from my former s5 to my new s10e is still straining my brain. I am getting there.

I had an Iphone before, and switching to an Android was an easy transition. One issue I had was trying to answer the phone. The older Apple is easier in that regard. Also, I had trouble finding my settings to change my ring tone.

This was for my daughter as an early gift somehow she only wanted her iPhone 8 as new phone but after getting this one she said why I waited so long and skip past 2 upgrades.

I absolutely loved this phone from the beginning. At first I was skeptical because I had heard others weren't as pleased with it but I definitely disagree with them.

My previous phone was larger, so it was a little harder getting accustomed to a smaller phone. Not that I’ve had it for a while it’s great.

I absolutely love this phone. Samsungs are the best. I have always bought their phones for me and my family members.
