It's a nice phone but the build quality is not the best. Ever since I bought it the power button feels loose and when the phone vibrates it makes an unpleasant rattling noice like something is loose inside. Samsung support is horrible. After a couple months of having it I took it to a third-party store that is supposed to provide Samsung support. I made an appointment and when I arrived to the repair store the guy told me that all they could do was do a reset and that I had to wait 3 hours (even though I told him that I had an appointment). I'm not sure how doing a reset will fix physical issues of a phone. When I left the store I got an email saying that I missed my appointment. I now have to live with making monthly payments on a phone that is falling apart.

I chose the 10e because they were out of the Galaxy 10 and I did not want to drive to another store or wait for a phone, plus I liked the small size. The phone has trouble using wifi calling and drops calls a lot in my neighborhood even thought I am connected to a strong wifi signal. I never had this problem with my iPhone. While I do live in the middle of nowhere I have a very strong wifi signal -- I have a nighthawk there is no reason the phone should be dropping wifi calls other than the phone itself having an issue. I did like the smaller size as I was going from an iPhone to an android. I do like that the Andriod Auto and Mirror Link actually work well with my car. I switched from Apple specifically for this reason -- Apple car play would not work with my new car and kept disconnecting -- an issue they have had reported since 2012 and not fixed which to me was unacceptable. I guess every phone has their issues. Personally, I would go with the Galaxy 10 not the 10e if I were to purchase again.

Absolutely the best phone I have ever purchased for my wife, it's the best she has ever had!! What a powerhouse for such a small phone! I'm a NOTE fanatic and i'm very impressed with this phone...

Replaced my Galaxy S6 with this phone. While it's just a drop smaller, it still works really well. It took me a little time to figure out some of the options on it, and where things were now; but once I did, it was all good.

It's a smaller flagship phone which is exactly what I was looking for as I don't care for stuffing mini tablets in pockets. It has everything you need.

We bought 2 of these phones. After 3 years of having the S8 they started to wear out. We opted for this upgrade and I'm very pleased. It is similar to the s8 making it easy to use and navigate.

I went from the 7 to the 10+, still getting used to a couple of things. Such as why my text messages don't come through when I am on the phone. But I will get that looked at. Other than that I love it.

I don't need to do everything on my phone. I live in a kind of weak area and wanted a phone that would work more consistently. This phone fits the bill. Also, camera is really great.

Small and compact. Works well for taking pictures.

My G8 was bigger. If this G10 matched in size i would have rated 5 stars. The G10 otherwise meets the standards I've become accustomed to having used the G8. I luv the battery life. I can say that the G10 last all day / night long with active use. Im unsure of the value, as im paying 15 bucks additional monthly.

Bought this phone for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! Great features and easy to use. I would recommend this phone to friends and family.

I really like the smaller size of the S10E. It allows me to carry it on my belt without it feeling bulky. The camera and video features can use some work to allow you too capture video that can actually be transferred via email. Most of my short videos are too large to send over email.

I like how compact the phone is and was slightly disappointed with the side on button - with case on it is hard to access. Would have preferred a protruded button instead,

I bought this for my son for his first phone and he loves it. Great features. Bells and whistles. Amazing clarity and sound. I would highly recommend this phone.

Love my new Galaxy s10e , easy to use and under stand .. still learning new stuff about it My last phone was 5yrs old galaxy s5 ...it just died ...needed an upgrade bad...

I needed an upgrade and am a Samsung fan, so I was awaiting a sale on this phone and it finally came. So I bought it and is way better than the 2 1/2 year old S7 I have.

This is smaller than the other galaxy 10 phones. Perfect for pocket carrying. The screen is a great size, the picture quality is outstanding. Fast, sleek, and a great phone.

Git two of these for the wife and daughter when I picked up the S10. The S10e is another great Galaxy phone. We are very happy with these purchases and highly recommend them.

I like that the screen was flat, but honestly it seem as if this phone S10e is slower than my S7. I can't send photos while at work when I could with the S7. Maybe it's the sprint towers. I do love that I can be on a call, but still surf the internet. Camera is the Amazing.
