Got 2 of these from the open box section, they have been great phones, we didn't want a huge phone, but still wanted descent camera, screen, and speed which is exactly what we got.

I really love this phone, vraiment! I was a worried about battery life, but following setup on YouTube, it's not an issue. Fast! Great Vid. My old phone worked why upgrade? It's like moving from my truck to my wife's Corvette.

Upgraded to this phone from a Samsung Galaxy Avant and man, what a huge upgrade! Storage space is much better, Android interface is awesome, phone gets a lot of update support, it's fast as heck with its processor and RAM, the screen resolution and picture quality is awesome (and the Gorilla Glass makes it really durable, though I still use a screen protector on top of it too). The IPX 68 rating has also saved my butt a lot of times, I've dropped this thing in the toilet twice and once it dries off, it's like nothing ever happened to it! Been using it for a year with no problems. Got it for around $400 and it's the only phone I see myself needing for literally the next 5 years.

Upgraded from an s7. Much faster. I chose the s10e for the size. I like my phone to fit and be useable in one hand. Not really any new features. Camera is a little better. But it is MUCH faster.

Been a Samsung Galaxy user for years and this is my fourth Galaxy phone. I was trying to figure if I need to buy the Pixel 3XL, 4XL, S10 or iPhone 11 Max. This phone won against all of them, mainly because of value to money. The experience with the phone has been great, the battery stays for about a day and this is my primary phone. The includes using social media, phone calls, mobile data/WiFi being on all the time and for music. The wide angle lens on the camera is extremely good and brings unique perspectives while photographing. The phone does get hot at times and that's my only concern about this device. Everything looks great!

I was still lugging around and clinging to my S7 when it met with a sorry fate after one too many drops in a broken case that no longer protected it. I've finally upgraded to a phone without a button. I love that this phone is about the same size as my S7 but with a bigger screen. The screen is beautiful in comparison and the camera is great. I can finally take pictures at night. The phone is fast and does everything I want. I also find it easier to type on compared to the S7. So far I don't have any regrets. I waited for the price cut before buying it since its complete BS that Americans have very few choices in terms of phones - you can buy a high end quality phone for significantly less outside of the states. I refuse to pay flagship prices for something that will quickly be outdated.

I've been using this phone for 8 months now and really enjoy it. It feels fast and gives you the Galaxy experience at a lower price and smaller form factor. Its smaller size makes it more comfortable to hold in one hand and place in your pocket. The fingerprint sensor isn't the best though and the Bixby button is useless to me as I don't use it. It would be nice if it could be reassigned to do something else, like open the camera app. Speaking of the camera, the quality is great as well. Not the best, but it can punch a little above its weight. Coming from an LG G6, this phone is definitely better even though the screen has a slightly lower resolution.

I came from a Pixel 3 XL that was buggy. I loved the software experience and camera but the little bugs started to make the phone a hassle to use. The S10e is the first phone I've had that's not the top of the line but it doesn't disappoint. It doesn't sacrifice anything major over the more premium models. Camera is 80-90% of Pixel's camera and video recording is even better. Screen is amazing and the software experience is surprisingly great for a non stock experience. I will probably give Pixel another shot on a different phone but I have no regrets going with Samsung.

Love it so far. Fast and the camera is great. I love how you can get up to 256 GB of storage plus have a SD card. Picked this over the iPhone XR because apple’s setup never really appealed to me and the no headphone jack made me angry. This Samsung has a dedicated headphone jack and is smaller, which is great for small hands. Also their keyboard setup is better. The only downside is google music player has no way to play songs continuously so I have to use Spotify instead.

So far, this phone has been pretty awesome. Great.photos and videos, plenty of storage space. Everything is snappy and loads quickly. I havn't played many games on it yet, but so far the battery life is good even when gaming, and load times are better than my old Note 5. Got mine on a good sale, would recommend others try to do the same. I also appreciate the rounded off edges, rather than the rolled edges of the other Samsung phones.

Great value and quality for the price. Perfect size to fit in pocket. Long battery life and plenty of storage capability.

I bought it last year and I am satisfied with it. I found a good deal at that time. The only problem is that it is no 5G

Great battery life compared to friends' I phones. Excellent camera. Android platform is easy to use with minimal learning curve when moving from older model to current phone. Appreciate the sl smaller size option as it fits in my bike top tube bag better than the S8. I do miss the flashing light notification for text messages now that the dual sided camera lens has taken up that position in the upper right corner of the screen. The only notification option is audible and that can be annoying!

Haven't been much of a Samsung person. Liked this phone because of its size and features. BB had a sale so decided to try it. Have been very pleased. Functions are good except for the fingerprint sensor- mounted on the side, its sometimes quirky and does not read- especially with a case. I did find my battery drops very quickly after charging, but it recharges quickly. Camera quality is excellent, and screen seems better to me over the fully curved ones on the S10 big brother.

Sold my iPhone XS Max for this. After 4 years with iPhones, decided to go back to android. This phone is so light and thin compared to the Xs Max, but the screen feels large. The camera cutout is small and kinda blends, there is no “blending” that huge notch on the iphones. The amount of features you get with this samsungs is surreal, the customization and options blow the iphone out of the water. Most people stay with Apple for its “ecosystem”, thats overated. I do own an iPad pro, a Tab S4 and sold my Xs Max for a s10e. The Samsung ecosystem, which no one talks about, its actually really good. One more thing: Samsung Dex. SAMSUNG DEX!!! On a 5.8 inch phone!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! This is the future. I play and do phone stuff during the day, and plug my phone to a monitor in the evening and browse and work like a computer, using the phone screen like a mouse pad. THIS IS INSANE!!!! (If you dont know Samsung Dex, google it, or youtube it to see how it works, its mind blowing) In conclusion, its worth a purchase, very much so. Again, I have devices from Samsung and Apple, and I love and use everyday both my tablets, but this phone blew the current gen iPhones out of the water.

Bought this phone for my husband as an upgrade to use on Verizon. He loves the phone and especially likes the quality of the camera. Only issue with the unlocked phone on Verizon is that Visual Voicemail and Share Name ID don't work. Using Google Voice to provide the capability for Visual Voicemail and that seems to be working fine. I have a Galaxy S8 which I'm still happy with but I would consider upgrading to this phone if the need arises. Got this phone when it was on sale for half price.

Screen is great, although I find myself looking at it too much and strain my old eyes. Very fast at loading and running apps, which is a huge improvement over my old phone of 4+ years. Camera is awesome, including the portrait mode where you can adjust the background with blur and/or b&w. My only complaint so far is this: the lowest volume setting on the alarm is still too loud for me. Could that be updated with a software patch, or am I stuck with this volume?

It is a great phone! The display is pretty decent with no notch at the top. The camera is amazing for the cost and so is the screen. If you are not a gamer the phone is quite fast and works seamlessly. I really like the position of the fingerprint underneath the power button so as soon as the screen comes on the phone gets unlocked without a delay. But the best part of the phone is the blue color which is the best.

Great phone! The size is perfect, the camera quality is great, and the processor is phenomenal. I am glad I returned to Samsung after having a different phone brand for over a year. This phone has ensured me that Samsung is the way to go.
