This was an upgrade from a S8 that was having a heat sensor issue causing the phone to power off. The S8 was a great phone but I really like the size of the new S10e. Battery life is double that of the S8 and the phone is extremely responsive. So far very satisfied.

I love my Galaxy S10 e it is an awesome phone I love the new pie ONEUI! Especially love the dark theme! The 10e is just the perfect size all-around hands down awesome phone. The only thing I wish is that Samsung made an Active model then it would be perfect!

This is the best Samsung phone ever for a person whose hand is smaller than some 2nd Graders..... I purchased the new IPhone thinking I would retire this... NOPE.... Not happening.... Too much to like in its compact size.

This phone has great battery life. I work in a metal building and my phone was always on low battery life by the time I left work until this one. I can charge the phone and even taking it to work the battery will last almost two days

Some setting prompt and keep prompting to accept every time you turn them on. Camera is ok if you know how to adjust it. But speakers are amazing screen quality is great. Screen can be bit annoying with some videos wld recommend a free adjust option rather than normal mode full mode.

Purchased as a replacement to S5. Ease of transition great. Really like all the new updated features. I own several Samsung devices.

This was a gift for my wife. Her old galaxy S-4 ran out of memory so it was time to upgrade to something with more memory, and this has a lot. She likes the phone very much. As with anything new, you have to learn all the new features that it has.

great phone like it better than the I-phone I had. Their on line tec support is great. With the smart tutor app they can get into your phone and fix the problem real easy. Love it.

It took a while to get the information uploaded from my previous phone, but was very much worth the wait. Phone is the perfect size and I am very happy with it.

I rather the S10+. The camera and everything else is still good. I find Samsung to be a far better quality camera than Apple.
