Mobile is cool.....I am yet to explore the full option in camera which is the best feature in the mobile.

I am a huge fan of Samsung and the customization capabilities that come with their devices. The camera quality has significantly improved and the download speeds and load times are faster than ever. The best part is that I received it within 2 days of ordering from Best Buy.

This phone is perfect for Android platform. I was going to upgrade to the new Samsung S21+ but found that the new model’s performance is not as good as the previous version that I owned. My advise is if you want to upgrade, get the S21 Ultra instead.

I bought this as an open box and i was okay with the fact the phone was used but the presentation of how they sent it to me was awful didnt include original box or accessories. Plus the back of the phone had a ton of tiny scratches on the back witch dulled it to me. Had to return . Although I love the phone itself.

I really wanted the smaller phone but my network won't support the 5 G on that so had to get a larger one. It's disappointing I can't use any headsets except wireless due to the new port, the keys are all different but easy to adjust to. It's going to take some getting used to.

I only buy unlocked phones to avoid the clutter and useless apps that carriers add. To my surprise Samsung done much worse than any carrier in adding so much bloatware to this phone. There was so much useless apps on here that the phone was sluggish and had a horrible experience. The phone is outdated in its software version and the screen had weird tint issues. But the thing that made me sell this phone was all the random ads Samsung would push as notifications from various apps. Even after disabling notifications from ALL Samsung apps they pushed another ad to my phone via the system UI and it was time to go. If you want a clean fast phone with no bloat there is really only 2 options. Android = Google Pixel OR iOS = iPhone.

Switched from iphone to this. First samsung ever and first android in 10 years and I'm impressed. I love how I can do more than an iphone. Although the OS is better on an iphone there's just some limitations that it has. Samsung pay is amazing as well

I’m switching from iPhone after a decade of loyalty because this phone is so good! I’m getting the smaller version though to save $200.

The S20 plus is a nice phone, but just too heavy for me. So, was returned with ease.

Best phone I have ever owned, It has a very clear picture and good sound, It's thin and light, the phone fits perfect in my hand, I highly recommend this phone!

Late to this review but I really liked this phone. The size was perfect and the specs were great for it's time. This is the last Galaxy S series that felt it had all of the premium features (minus headphone jack).

This phone is amazing. I had iPhone since the 3GS and kinda figured it was time for a change. This phone screen is amazing, I have the unlocked version because I didn't want to be paying a lease from T-Mobile and it works with my network without any problems.

Great phone. I got a bestbuy open box device which was stated as having all original accessories but when delivered I found only a third party 10w charger was included. Bestbuy customer service replaced the charger with an new original 45w charger.

Good phone but Samsung packs it full of bloat. You can remove some of it..

Bought this to replace my 8+ year old Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro. It's top of the line and impressive. 512 GB of storage with a 512 GB card = ! TB with massive improvements in all other aspects as well. I am well pleased with this phone.

I got this phone as a backup for my current phone. Even though I am not an android-user, this phone seemed pretty user friendly. The graphics are great. Once my current iPhone breaks down, I may convert to the other side!

I love this phone. I have had no problems or complaints about it for the last year. I did drop it and crack the lens screen right away, but was able to replace it myself for $10. It's still pretty quick too.

the camera was not what I expected but I only had the phone for a couple of weeks but really wasn't all that impressed. It seemed to be of good quality but still wasn't impressed so I traded it in for the Samsung flip and couldn't be more happier
