Excellent phone, but... Best Buy services NOT...

Actually, the service was 1 star... The phone itself will be a 5 stars, until now. I bought this phone open box. The condition was "excellent". The phone was in perfect condition, but the screen protection and the needle for the SIM card are missing. Not a very big deal, but not so funny when you need the phone right away. According with Best Buy description, for "EXCELLENT" conditions all accessories are included. I called customer service and they send me to store. I went to store and they solved nothing... just waist of time ... It is the first "open box" experience for me, and is not a good one.
