Great phone, has frozen on me once or twice but besides that no problems.

Upgraded from s9 to this version. Kind of pricey but the upgrade in performance is worth it.

My opinion is I like some features of this phone but I miss some features my LG G7 ThinQ had. However; you cant have your cake and eat it too. I'm overall happy. I'm not going to return it so that says something good!

The phone works great but the back glass cracked on me twice and I never broke a phone in my life.

For some reason when Im in a call and using my wireless headphones it gets disconnect if I open a different app :/

Samsung unlocked phones from Best Buy are programmed to not allow wifi calling or other features to operate. Samsung is aware of this and has no plan to fix it. If you live in a poor signal area, your $1,000 phone will be a brick without wifi calling. Best Buy failed to disclose this fact and Samsung is unwilling to assist. Been a Samsung customer (appliances, phones, televisions), looking for a new brand.

I have a big problem with the volume of this phone. My volume is very faint. If I out it on speaker is the worst.

Frustrating device. Smart Lock functionality works maybe 10% of the time. Fingerprint scanner is totally worthless. Even after re registering fingerprints it won't accept the prints you just saved. Camera performance is marginal and erratic despite numerous updates. Samsung seems to be riding on name recognition instead of quality.

Love the phone but still too pricey for a phone that has so much bloatware

Restart after clearing cache after swapping for new sim cards after phone resets and the GPS will not remain accurate for navigation, geofencing, tracking runs, etc. Samsung has not responded to acknowledge the issue or inform us of a fix in the works. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S20/Major-GPS-issues-with-new-Galaxy-S20/td-p/1145363 Before you buy, be informed. I may return while in the window and repurchase when the bug is fixed.

I bought 2 devices, one arrived with the screen protector broken. In the other one the left earphone doesn't work.

I got this to upgrade from my Galaxy S7. I had Virgin Mobile and got switched to Boost recently. This phone is advertised to work on their network (amongst others). However, I've had this phone for over a month and still cannot activate it for Boost Mobile. Don't know what the issue is with this. If I had this phone up and running, I'd probably be able to give it a higher rating.
