Darn glass breaks to easy on Samsung even with gorilla glass an a protective case the screen broke when it slid off my bed what a waste of a thousand bucks I was a fan of Samsung but no more my hundred dollar blu 9 is way better

it has a beautiful design and would be great as business phone

Piece of garbage. The camera stopped working after 5 months. I took it to repair center and they said the phone motherboard needs to be replaced. Lost lots of photos due to camera failure and not being able to back up and was without a phone for 10 days. Samsung customer service didn't care to replace the phone. Worst $1200 spent money.

The skin that Samsung puts over Android is pretty terrible. If the phone ran stock Android it would be 100% better. I returned this. I do not recommend buying this.

The phone is slim and easy to navigate. The extra cameras allow for a significant amount of zoom. I like that the phone is still lightweight and holds a lot of storage. The color options are cute too.

So before I comment on the phone I would like to note that my sales rep Derrick was just terrific with product knowldge and professional courtesy. Friendly but respectful, I felt very comfortable working with him. Now then. I love the quality of the display, animations are smooth and I like how easy visual settings are to manage. I'm mainly streaming video on the phone and the picture is great! Colors pops, movement is easy to follow and detail is very crisp, it's like a 4k tv handheld. No complaints so far, battery life is nice and resilient compared to my old s8. I confidently recommend this phone.

Pros: Awesome display with smooth scrolling at 120Hz. After using it for a while I'm not willing to go back to 60Hz screen phones. Responsive and highly customizable UI. Support universal US carrier bands. Fast charging. Cons: Can't believe still no e-sim on the unlocked version 6 months after the release. Lacking dual sim capability is a deal breaker. Can't use QHD and 120Hz at the same time, which wastes the best quality screen and is behind flagship phones from other brands. Camera is not as good as expected. US version is overpriced. If possible I would like to see a version that trades useless 5G capabilities to better camera and screen.

I would give this phone zero stars if possible. Eggshells are more durable than the screen. The service drops and is ineffective in more places than the last phone (S6 Edge). Wifi calling is not possible, the internet connection is spotty and the lack of a 3mm headphone jack is just dumb. It prohibits you from the ability to charge and use headphones at the same time. That really sucks when traveling. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!

This is not a review of the product, rather the buying experience at Best buy online. I was told by the customer representative to apply for best buy credit card to get 10% in rewards. I applied and I got an instant approval. The funny thing is the credit limit was capped at $1000 for a phone price of ~1200. So, I could not use the card and I was made to apply for the credit card. I don't think any bank would cap the limit at 1000 even for someone with lower credit rating. I have excellent credit rating 800+ and I believe the credit limit was purposefully capped to limit the rewards. So the lesson is don't apply for the best buy credit card unless the product you buy is < $1000.
