    I have Samsung phones since the NOTE 3, and never had an issue with SAMSUNG before. I bought the SAMSUNG S20 PLUS in JUNE and regret it with a motherboard going bad. There was not even a scratch on it. The ordeal that I have to endure to get a replacement is unacceptable. SAMSUNG and BEST BUY you have lost a customer.
