Bought this in 2020, and it is still working like a charm. Has all the features I need and takes crisp photos. Battery charge lasts for a good two days for me, but I am not a heavy phone user. Fast charge is awesome.

I've tried a lot of phones in 2019/2020 and this one fits my needs perfectly. It's my favorite. 1. I have big hands but I'm sick of the overly large phones. This one is the perfect size for me and my pocket. 2. Love the power in this phone, 12gb of ram with the 865 is potent. 3. Because it's smaller, this screen is super crisp. 563 ppi ...enough said and with the 120htz refresh rate, clean experience. 4. Battery life is excellent for me. I've been around android phones so long I know all the battery saving tips. I don't need 5g with as fast as this phone is already so disabling it increases my battery life tremendously. Plus I don't play games on my phone or have a million notifications enabled. I use my phone a lot and I can stay off the charger from the time i wake up until I hit the pillow again at night (7am-11pm). 5. I found this phone open box and it was still new with untouched accessories, even still had the plastic on the phone for $600 ($400 savings). Winning. If you have similar taste/needs this is a good pickup, that is if you can still find one at BB. It was hard tracking this one down. I'll be keeping this one for a long time.

I am a huge fan of smartphones in general. I’ve owned a ton of different ones. Honestly, Samsung used to be one of my favorite manufacturers of smartphones until the S5 came out and that’s where they lost me. Since then, I’ve owned almost every one they’ve come out with, hoping it would win me back from iPhone and Pixel. Their screen is always so enticing, but then the experience just lets me down. I usually end up selling them or returning them. But this year they didn’t disappoint. I actually opted for the smallest version because phones are getting so big and expensive it’s ridiculous! I’m so glad I did. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything at all with the S20, and I’ve even heard lots of bad reviews about the overly priced Ultra. It takes great pictures, has good battery life, and is very lightweight. Also, I’m so glad they got rid of that curved screen for the most part. I hated that. I can’t speak for everyone, but I feel like Samsung did a great job this year on the S20.

Upgrading from an S7 Edge, I can say that this phone is absolutely fantastic. I went for Cloud Blue and I was not disappointed with how this phone looked because it looks stunning. This phone has an absolutely beautiful 6.1 inch display which ought to be large enough for most people. Performance is snappy--I can say I rarely, if not never, experience slow downs on this phone. The 120 HZ refresh rate, while it does lower battery life, is so smooth that it is hard to pass up. Speaking of battery life, the battery can last two days which is good for me considering the fact that I use my phone relatively frequently throughout a day. The camera quality is fantastic and has many cool options--some of them being niche, admittedly, but still cool. Of course, being Android, you get a lot of customization features which I have been utilizing. You can really do what you want to this phone. Absolutely loving this phone!

My pixel 2xl kicked the bucket and I was looking to upgrade. There was a fantastic sale going on and I had been looking into the S20 for a while. It is a great phone with great features. It has an awesome camera, solid battery life, beautiful display, and a perfect size.

I am kind of phone nut. I have Iphones and just picked up a Pixel 4. This Galaxy S20 beats them all. The screen is fantastic. The 120 Hz refresh rate is perfect. The ability to customize just about anything you want is refreshing. The phone is a great size, light and thin. The battery is amazing. Don't hesitate to purchase this if you can find a sale price. Great value. I also purchased a Samsung leather case for it. It is nice and doesn't add bulk to the phone,

I didnt want to spend the extra cash for the ultra and i am not disappointed with this phone. The display is crisp and fresh and the 120hz refresh rate is outstanding. The camera is still very solid on this model, i really like how the pictures are coming out. Battery last about a full day with regular use all day, longer if you dont play as many games and such. I upgraded from my s7 and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful blue phone. Love this color I switch back and forth between iOS and Android. The screen blows an iPhone out of the water. Love this device. Camera is amazing and battery life is fantastic. Samsung finally removed some of the curves from the edges so there's much less accidental touching of the screen. And the built in fingerprint reader is so convenient during a mask-wearing pandemic!

Perfect size for people who want all the functionally but don't want to carry a huge phone in their pocket. Camera is excellent. With moderate use, battery last for a couple of days. The fast charging is really helpful. Display is very nice, colors are vibrant and pretty responsive touch surface. I hope they keep this color in the future versions of this phone.

I upgraded from my Note 9 to this (since my lease ends). My hand is average size. Buying Decision: ----------------------- S20 Ultra was too big and way out of my budget. Debate was between S20+ and S20. I liked the smaller form factor of the S20, comfortable to hold one handed. Main differences between S20 and S20+: - Display Size : I was happy with S20 size - Battery : 4000mAh is good enough through a normal day - TOF sensor: I never noticed a difference in live focus when I tested. I don't use live focus anyways as its not perfect yet. What I think so far ------------------------- 1. 120hz is smooth 2. Better phone for small hands. I am still having difficulties typing coming from Note 9 though :). May be taking time to get used to 3. If you want no-loss photo the reality is 3x zoom, more than that you lose quality considerably. 4. Enjoying the wide angle camera. 5. Punch hole still bothers me a bit, if I had owned my Note 9, probably would have waited another year for the under display selfie camera (I hope so) 6. Pro video mode is awesome 7. Video Stabilization is not great 8. In display finger print scanner can be improved 9. I miss headphone jack. 10. Samsung made right decision to go easy on the curve :) 11. 5G is not quite there Overall I reckon S20 and S20+ are the go to S20 series. Size should be the main deciding factor. If you plan to buy now, I would recommend to wait to see what One plus 8 has to offer.

I got the unlocked version and I love it. I was upgrading from an ancient iphone. I made the switch because I wanted to be able to customize my phone. It's fast, reliable, and has great battery life and it's so cute. I love the pink color!

The best phone since my HTC M7, this phone is super fast, the screen is as clear as you can ask for also I'm using it with the 120hz speed that makes it feel even more fluid. There battery is really good, I got day and a half in average. The camera is way better than my ex phone the s10e. The included charger is crazy fast I would say less than an hour for all the battery, but I prefer the fast wireless charge that is slower but feels more practical. My only complain about the phone is the on screen fingerprint sensor that is awfull imprecise, you need to put your finger on the right spot and the fight angle if you want to make it work, I really prefer physical fingerprint scanner that in my experience was always flawless and fast. Also I must clarify that I use a fingerprint compatible screen protector, but I can't think of someone who doesn't protect the screen of a 1000$ phone. Keep in mind that this phone will require a case if you want to keep it in one piece, it's beautiful but the whole body is glass.

Phone is great. Thin and lightweight, not bulky/heavy. Battery life is amazing compared to the trash of the S6, which I upgraded from. Easily makes calls from places I couldn't make or get calls from and none have been dropped so far- another great improvement from the S6. I'm no professional, so the camera and zoom are satisfactory for my needs, but haven't shot any video yet. The pix are sharp and clear. The phone does alot, so I'll be learning it's features for a while.

I upgraded my S7 Edge because of battery life, and it was heating up to the point I couldn't hold it. This phone has been great so far. Battery life has improved, no issues with any of the apps, security features are great, camera is great, and there is no heat issue. I recommend buying additional adapter and chargers for cheaper. There are generic ones for this model, and they work fine. Get a good case for it also just so you can protect the surface.
