Two people in the phone center helped me buy a samsung S20 FE. One was employed by best buy, the other samsung. Both provided me with information and great assistance. They helped me transfer all my data from an S10 to the new phone. It took a long time to finish, but they both hung in there and got it done. Their treatment of me will make it far more likely that I will buy other products from this store.
