This a an amazing phone for the prize and I loved going back to samsung phone. The phone is robust and fast to use. 5g works great as well.

BIG CHANGE FROM MY GALAXY S7 BIGGER SCREEN AND FASTER THOUGHT THE SPEED WAS MY INTERNET BUT IT IS A LOT FASTER STARTING UP AND THE TRANSFER FROM OLD TO NEW PHONE WAS VERY EASY

Awesome phone. Pictures are excellent and the only problem is I live in the country and reception sometimes isn't to good.

Twice the battery life of my old Samsung. Great speed and wide bright screen. Rapid charging too. So far very happy with it.

So far, so good. Went from an S6 to this S20 FE 5G 128GB. I live near a spot where I normally dropped a call, but not with this new phone. Battery lasts for 3 days for me, but I'm not on it all day, just keep it on. Still learning all the features and settings. Had a hard time finding a good case for it due to the phone just coming out. Love it so far....

Great size, high quality screen, and just the right amount of bells and whistles, not too basic, not too complicated.

Great phone no complaints. Nice camera as well. You can add on more memory by buying a microsd card.

Amazing phone, Samsung makes some of the best phones and this was the cheapest model of their flagships but works great.

As was discussed with my sales rep, the Samsung s20 FE 5G is light years ahead of my previous phone. This phone will most definitely get me into the 3 decade of the 21st century. I am still learning the basic features. From my perspective, again as I imagined, I have a lot of features to learn. It has taken some awesome beach pictures while I was on the Florida Emerald Coast. The sound in cellphone conversations have been very clear. Texting, no problems there either. I would have no problems recommending this smartphone to friends and family.

Love it!!! Especially all the memory and storage. Big improvement over my last Samsung

I bought this Samsung S20 FE 5G phone because it had the size, 5G capability and camera features I was wanting. Unfortunately AT&T's discount terms were not the same as the Best Buy periodic discounts, which made the monthly premiums $10 more per 30 months than I had expected. Therefor I returned the phone. Best Buy easily and professionally took back the phone at $0 loss to me.

My wife and I both have s20 variants, and we love them. So when it was time for my niece to get her first phone, I did not look anywhere but samsung. The FE had great reviews and a sweet sale was going on. I'm still getting thank you texts from my niece. She loves it and takes care of it as if she was paying for it. Best buy made the transition easy, as they always do!

Good phone. Battery last longer than expected. It didnt come with a screen protector. Recommend one. Only thing that sucks is you need bluetooth headphones or earbuds
