This is the value tier model but still a solid device. Biggest downside is that Samsung still insists on preloading it with tons of bloatware that nobody uses. Be ready to have about 10% if your memory locked up to this

A great little phone. It served me well over the last few years.

Was in need of an upgrade and this has been a great purchase so far. Battery life is great with moderate use even 9 months after purchase. Camera is pretty impressive as well. The internet also works quickly thanks to the phone being 5G capable. The fact that it is a Galaxy phone means you get the benefit of Samsung exclusive functions.

Great device for the price. Easily one of the best value packed smartphones of 2020, with some great high end features usually found on much more expensive devices. Got it on sale for $599, but the regular price of $699 is still a steal for such a well performing smartphone with a great user experience. Good array of color options too. Highly recommended.

Well done Samsung! It has all the bells and whistles of the S20 series. Who needs a glass back these days, I have a case on, all the time. The 120Hz refresh rate is amazing. Tons of battery power. This phone is everything I wanted. Thank you BestBuy for making it super affordable!

What a Great Great Great Phone. So, easy to use and has so so many features, that provide a simplicity aspect, in the use of this phone. As well as the ability to choose among so many ring tones, themselves. The No Hassle Phone. In so many ways. My Wife has one, which inspired me to obtain one. I am so very pleased.

Awesome cell Phone, beautiful camera and price are the best

I love my new phone, I just did my upgrade from my old Samsung s9. When I saw the great deal in bestbuy for black Friday I couldn't resist and get this new phone. I love the 3 camera type and the pictures looks awesome. The best is the night features, my pictures came out so nice and bright. This phone is easy to use just like my other androids.

I purchased almost 2yrs ago , i still have and very happy with it.

I am in love with Samsung , it was an upgrade from my Galaxy S8+. The battery last all day streaming videos and radio stations. Love the display, it isn't an oversize phone and it feels great in my hands. It is also very convenient to have the fingerprint scanner in front of the phone instead of the back and it is also very consistent.

Had to replace my wife's midrange phone, as it wasn't responsive enough for her to use for work. Phone has a slimmer profile than expected which she liked. Only complaint so far is Samsung skin (prefers stock Android). Battery so far has been excellent. Will see how it keeps up with the workload. Camera is really good for midrange market.
