I love this phone... the screen is crisp especially if you set it to 120 frame rate.

Still learning what it can do. It does hold a charge for a long time. Enjoying it.

Have always bought Samsung never had a problem. I bought this one,Maybe had it for 5 months and phone is not charging. I took to get checked and was told their is something on charging port that won’t allow it to charge with charger only wireless.. it will be $200 deductible. It has been in a case since bought.. wireless charging it is for now

So far, the phone has been outstanding in all areas, except one. The GPS has been more than a bit flaky. Starts out strong, but after a couple of days use, GPS-enabled apps (like Waze and Google Maps) cannot find signal anymore. This normally requires a reboot of the phone. Suspect it's not a hardware issue, but something in the code that Google will need to address.

Love it! Love it! Love it! Samsung never disappoints with its flagship phones. S20 is everything one would expect from an S series phone. Looks great an performs great!

Great battery life. I like having the 5x optical zoom on the camera.

PRETTY MUCH THE LATEST AND GREATEST AS FAR AS CELL PHONES GO BESIDES THE OTHER TWO MODELS ABOVE IT. STILL NOT BEING ABLE TO SEND OR RECEIVE CLEAR VIDEOS WITH APPLE DEVICES IS ANNOYING BUT IT WORKS PERFECT IN EVERY OTHER WAY.

I can't remember the associates name but he was very nice and was not only taking care of me but also another family at the same time. They had him running around a little but he was very professional and did a great job.

So far amazing. Love the camera and the operating system.

Nice phone at a reasonable price. Best buy had the best deal with AT&T on this phone. My husband is pleased with the functionality and size of the phone.

This phone is awesome and so many ways but I only have one gripe about it. Samsung did a horrible job with the microphone picking up the Samsung voice to text entries. If you like using the Google gboard you'll love this phone but otherwise it makes it a little bit difficult to use.

Camera is a bit big, I would buy a phone cover to protect it. All in all though I defiantly love this phone!!! I wish I could use a VR headset with it :(

This is the best phone I have had yet. I had upgraded from a Galaxy S9+. The only thing I do miss from the old phone, is most of the sounds I had are gone.

It came with a new sim card and wroked out of the box. Fast shipping and very good packaging. Great price for what you get.

Good phone but I purchased on accident. The size is Very large and the cameras stick out a bit. Graohics are beautiful. I ended up getting the s22 ulta so id have a pen option.

I could use some help but instead of being able to run into the store to ask some questions the stores all closed. I'm sure if I knew what I was doing I wouln't be having problems... Hopefully when the store reopens someone will be able to give me some help.

Upgraded from a Note 8. Have to say that it is an awesome phone so far. Yes the camera has it's small issues, but the software update coming soon will fix that.

My 4th Galaxy phone. Good phone. bought to replace an S10+. The only function missing is the pulse rate in the Samsung health app. This phone does not have the sensor. Samsung now wants you to buy a smartwatch. Other than that, a nice upgrade.

I'm using this phone as first line and business general purpose. I love this phone so much, I find it difficult to take my hand off the phone for a second.
