    Been a precious samsung phone owner and loved the phones. After several years of owning iPhones I decided to go back to Samsung. At first I was very happy with the performance, yet now am frustrated that I cannot download updates, files, etc without getting to restart and staring at the screen locked 85% for several minutes and have to stop it to prevent the battery from draining down. Want to go back to iPhone since it seems more reliable.
