    The only thing I would change on this phone is putting the buttons on opposite sides. It's hard to take screen shots.

    This is my 2nd Galaxy Phone. For the performance of the phone, I'd give it a four star. Only reason not a five star is because when talking a text or message, it makes many mistakes, unlike my S7 Edge. The reason for the the two star is due to scratches all over the glass screen and the camera area is cracked!!! I did not drop the phone. Purchased less than a month ago. I am VERY careful with my phone. When I was in Best Buy to purchase the phone, I had a screen protector and case in hand. The salesperson said it I did not need the screen protector because the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G already has the protection built in. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, my best option is to communicate via online with Geek Squad . Hopefully Best Buy will replace my phone with no hassle. Going from the Galaxy S7 Edge to the Galaxy S20 Ultra was seamless and did not have a difficult time at all. Honestly, if my phone would not have cracked and scratched, this review would be a FIVE!!!
