Great phone, but the camera sometimes stuck in blurry mode! And that is under both daylight and night lights. I’m replacing this phone soon.

Ive had this phone for a good while now, I initially chose it because of the sleek and clear imagining. I love how fast it is, i have over 1000 pictures in my phone and many emails, yet my phone still performs at great speeds. The camera is very detailed and you can zoom into things and see very clear objects that may be far away. I really love the storage space, knowing i dont have to pick and choose from pictures to make more space. Id have to admit i have dropped it multiple times and its still holding up strong so durability is a strong quality. Also, if you're like me theres samsung pass on this phone that allows you to save your information to sites which is very safe.

I'm am not happy that my order was completely messed up and I was charged full price with no type of incentive. I talked to att and they told me to try n reach out to you first but if I can't be taken care of asap I will be returning everything and reordering straight from att.

1st one got hott really fast. Returned ASAP. 2nd one had camera problems. The “108mp camera and 100x zoom” was severely blurry and “shook” no matter how it was held (even flash against a surface the camera still shook” Deff not worth the $1400

I canceled my geeksquad for the S9 when I got the new phone 5 months ago but I am still getting charged for protection. It's frustrating

great phone , I recommend u getting this phone if u love a big screen and camera oh and did I mention 120hz speed its insane.

if you want a phone that comes with the SD Card slot this phone and note 20 ultra is the phone for u. Don't get s21 s21plus s 21 ultra they don't come with sd card slot just heads up but if don't care about not have sd card slot then s21 series is for u

Dont even bother buying anything samsung if you ever crack screens. They will void your warranty if you have cosmetic damage. Even if its a component issue such as their horrible speakers they wont warranty their bad parts if you have anything cosmetic wrong with your phone.
