Super annoying to spend $800 on a phone and then have to buy another charger.

Transfer and setup by Best Buy Phone "expert" total screw-up. You're so-call experts took almost 2 hours to complete the process. Should have know something was wrong when informed that the "Geek Squad" didn't handle cell phones. Between sale/tech persons running off to "help" another associate and just plain not know what to do. Reminded me of a group of monkeys trying to have sex with a football. Total confusion.

I will NEVER shop that store again .I might. not even shop Best Buy again after the WORST shopping experience of. my. life !

I lwft all the samsung apps alone due to all rhe adds and pop ups. Its smaller than i had originally thought. Its fast and super easy to navigate. Its hard finding screen protector and cases here in Paducah for this phone. So of course i had to order them and now wait. I absolutely am thrilled with this phone. The camera is absolutely amazing. The video is even better. I do have some issues with thw fingerprint scan. It denies it repeatedly. All in all i do recommend this phone.
