Over all is an okay phone. I do not like that I can no longer use head phones and now have to pay for wireless everything. Taking a screen shot is difficult now and I hate not having a micro SD card for storage. Overall I would rather stick to my old phone. Samsung, stop trying to be like Apple!

Great phone. Picked this up after I accidentally left my Samsung Note 10 on the roof of my car and drove off. Was able to retrieve it but the damage had been done. This phone has been great. I always purchase Samsung phones as they are very easy to navigate and use. No issues here.

Bought to replace old phone. Ordered online, easy activation after delivery and had held up well.

I am very happy with my new phone. It is a good fit for my hand and it has a great long life battery. The only issue I have had it kind of gets stuck switching from WiFi to cell network coverage and vice-a-versa. I have to click on the reload button when browsing. Not sure if it is setting that needs changing or what. Other than that it is a great upgrade from my previous Galaxy.

Love it Great Phone Has a Good Battery Life and nice Camera

I actually miss my S6 versus this phone but the memory was full. This phone does not download incoming pictures and the texting is always incorrect. I never had this problem with my old phone.

I expected more from this phone. It was spotty reception at first but straightened itself out. Not impressed with the so called 5G faster network because it seems the same if not a little worse to me. Biggest problem is having trouble with calls. The cameras are great.

Great phone so far. I upgrade from the S9 after my screen cracked in 2 places. It was a design flaw in having the edges rounded in such a way that even an otter case couldnt protect it. This hower is much better designed. I appreciate it's speed, memory size, and sound
