No instruction booklet on usage. Have to look online. Would be nice to have something to read instead of going back and forth trying to figure out how to operate my new phone!

Still unsure , love the phone and features but having issues with opening apps and have them shut down instantly. Sometimes have to open the same app 3 times before it will stay open

Love the phone. Ordered online and got a good deal on trade-in of old phone. Data transfer at store took too long with several issues with service provider. Best Buy associate was great at getting things cleared up.

thumb print hard to use. snap dragon 888 processor quick. no ear phone jack, no sd card slot, same camera as s20.

I like this phone. It feels good in your hand. the picture quality from the camera is excellent. The speaker volume is excellent.

I'm loving it. A lot of features, I've to learn. Battery is excellent don't have to charge often. Joshua who helped me was a great customer service guy. Kudos to him.

So far so good. I have only had the phone for a week and have not tried all the features of this phone, but like it so far.

Love this phone although my favorite Galaxy phone is the Galaxy S9+. This phone is longer with a better camera.

wife loves her new phone, faster then her older galaxy note 9 and not as bulky

Was in love with my Google Pixel and still am. Unfortunately, I was unable to upgrade to Pixel 5 due to it not being available on the Sprint network. I was a Galaxy user previously and am ok with my purchase I just wish Samsung would have a better icon look. Other than that I do feel that Samsung was the best next thing for me.

Wanted to update to a 5G phone and this model did the trick. Nice phone and works great.

Got this to replace my s7 Edge and it's worked well so far. I was able to transfer over my files from my old phone as well as all my saved passwords. My issue is that the charging cable that came with the phone didn't have a USB side so I had to go buy a USB-C wall plug. As well as extra USB chargers for the car. And I'm also not a fan of the wireless headphones. It took a while to find ones that would connect.
