Sales Rep was outstanding and she really knew everything I needed to know about the new Galaxy S21 5G Phone. She allowed a discount for my Galaxy S20 Phone that I was able to turn in. The Galaxy S21 5G is a far superior phone to the Galaxy S20. Samsung made a lot of improvements for the S21 and having 5G makes a big difference. Also battery life is longer than the S20 and much faster for charging.

definitely a great phone with a great battery! the 30x zoom is nice for shots of the moon or maybe some star shots although i personally don't do that. the whole UI is normal and easy to use as to be expected and the build quality of the device is great. it's definitely worth it if you need to upgrade and the 120hz is definitely pleasing to my eyes.

Very good phone. I Love the Camara. I drop it an now it don't read my sim card. But I'm looking into it to get it fixed

Phone came right on time. Beautiful white and best in functions as always.

Overall pleased. Not a big fan of Iphones so when it comes to Androids I only buy Galaxy's or Pixels. Iike the way Samsung had camera updates allowing to delete things in the background of a photo, just like the Pixel 6 comes capable of doing.

I am really enjoying this phone ! I would recommend this. Purchased a couple months ago, everything is good.

Best phone i ever bought, Unlocked is the way to go buy one today!!

I ordered a brand new white S21 yesterday on Bestbuy and chose to curbside pickup at Bestbuy store located at 1717 Harrison St,SF. When I received the box in my car, I found the box looks dusty and has tape marks on top of the box, I thought it’s just because of the box been moved around so I opened the S21 box. After opening it I found a broken QR code on the side of the box(it’s covered and hidden when handed to me), there is also a lot of dust on the back of this phone which should not happen, also the packaging of the instruction and charging cable is a bit worn. I immediately realized it’s a USED phone and went to store for changing! The mobile department manager doesn’t believe it’s a used S21 at the beginning but did a search in Bestbuy system and found this phone was indeed SOLD a couple days ago and got RETURNED, then someone restocked it as a BRAND NEW and sent to me. It’s a shame. My order was refunded in the end as they have no brand new white S21 in stock. I placed another order to deliver to my home today, hope it’s a brand new one this time... I really like the look of S21 btw.

I am so insanely furious about this phone. I got one on February 9th, an open box to be exact. By the 21st the lower speaker stopped working, and more concerning, the SIM card continued to eject while still firmly in the phone which reminds in the case. They replaced it under the 14 day exchange policy on February 22. Now today, the 24th...SIM card is ejecting again...This makes me want to go to Apple...This is a flagship phone from one of the largest cellphone manufacturers in the world, and it is complete garbage...Best Buy will be seeing me today or tomorrow to cough up another phone...

Bought my phone 2 years ago and it works amazing still. Photos are great, its fast, and in general it was affordable and definitely worth the money. I LOVE the pink color. Im a samsung lover and still always will be!!

The phone is pretty fast and slim and good looking too. A really great upgrade from my old A12 since that one got so slow on me barely a year after getting it. The only con is the the shorter battery life. I would have gotten the S21 plus if not for the price of it.

A really good phone. I've been an android user since Galaxy s4. This phone is fast enough and (was) priced right when I bought it. Really liked the camera.

Excellent phone for the price that this year they reduced.I don't see any compromise on the quality.Excellent camera Very smooth touch functionality.Very fast in closing ,opening or working on the apps. Only downside is Sammy puts default apps which i cannot control thats very bad.they want all permissions on my phone for those apps which user cannot control.

I upgraded from the S9 line, which still works pretty well, and it was a nice transition to the S21. The phone OS seems faster and smoother and I like that we can adjust the screen refresh rate thing. 120hz is great, but for me is a bit too fast in motion sometimes, so I just stick with 60z. The extra storage space was definitely a nice upgrade and I can have a bunch of mobile games and not have to worry about running out of space all the time. Personalization is standard and I can't recall anything new that stands out in particular. Moving the fingerprint sensor to the front screen at the bottom is nice, and I would've still liked it even if they didn't move it from the back side. Sometimes it just feels awkward unlocking the phone, depending on whatever position my hand is at the time. The phone doesn't really overheat, which is great, and the battery life usually lasts me 8-10 hours throughout the day and it charges at a reasonable rate. The phone size itself is also nice: it's not too big or small. The display is really nice and the colors of everything look great - audio is also good. The camera I think was the most advertised and I can see that the camera quality is better than it is on the S9, but it's still not perfect at zooming. I did notice that the pictures are less blurry and more crisp when snapping things in motion at times. Taking pictures under low-light conditions is a bit better though, I think. All in all, the S21 has been a great phone so far, and I hope it'll last me a few years.
