The phone is working great the phone set up another story made appointment 2pm left after 4 the sales person was so busy wasnt able to ask all my questions the first time because waiting on 3 or 4 other people not her fault management poor even worse when you see people up front standing around next I'll pay extra some where else

Too narrow to hold, poor responsive keyboard, hard to use fingerprint unlock, slow interface and a great camera. I have been a Samsung phone user since S3, but this will be my last Samsung.

The phone in and of itself is ok and a slight upgrade from my S8 however there are issues. First, Samsung removed the ability to add your own sd card for more memory. This option was great in the previous iterations of the Galaxy to set up all your phone taken photos and easily transfer them without using up the phone's own memory. The biggest issue with these new phones from Samsung is the fact that after paying $800+ for a new phone, they don't include any means of charging it. That's right, there is NO CHARGER shipped with the product!!! Samsung told me I could just use my old one, or buy a new usb C fast charger AND cord, which they sell for $49.99 for charger and don't even sell the cable on their site. Imagine finally making the switch from Apple (iOs) to Android, getting your new phone and having no way to charge it !!! Talk about crappy customer consideration. Terrible job Samsung !!!
