After hours on phone with ATT they said the model was not compatible with ATT network and was on list. Purchase price completely refunded without argument. Hours wasted trying to make work. Was on ATT list of phones not compatible. BB employees tried hard to get it to work with little help from ATT.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Samsung GalaxyA12 which always overheated. I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy 21S fe. I hate it. It overheats even more than the A12.
