To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. I'm a huge Galaxy fan, but why are they using Bixby? This is the most useless thing. It never understands anything I say and I speak perfectly clear English. The phone glitches a lot and it doesn't hold a charge well either. It's a decent phone, but I wouldn't buy again.

I didn't return it after I realized what Fe really stands for. It does mean fan edition but really it means lite. So it shout be the s21 lite. I got a Google pixel 6 and couldn't be happier.

Volume is very low in Bluetooth mode, ringer low.and it lacks a couple other features in camera ...also battery life sucks

My S21 Ultra was my worst phone until I put a bullet through it soi replaced it with this one and would you believe that this one is so much worse? Constantly crashing apps, screen freezes, worst battery ever, horrific mobile coverage, touch screen sucks, constant Bluetooth disconnects and on and on! You touch an icon on the home screen and it usually just takes you to the apps screen. Extremely slow to react to inputs. I'm done with samsung! I think they are purposefully making lousy products but still jacking up the prices! Absolute the worst phone!

Haven't been able to make calls inside my house. Had to go to garage or curb to make phone call to geek squad. No idea what is wrong? Phone? Internet, wifi? so discouraging. After several trips to store, Best Buy and Verizon, and several calls to techs, I finally got an appointment with Geek Squad. Hope they can nail it down.

Never had one problem. Fast. Dropped it many times, with an OtterBox case on. Not one glitch, ever. Beautiful display. Better display than my iPhone. I run multiple apps, all day long. After 2 years, I still don't need a new phone. Incredibly pleased.
