This phone is amazingly beautiful. Camera and pictures are sharp. I wish there would be micro SD card, and phone charger included. After all the accessories and activation I got to buy to use the phone, I wouldn't think to change my phone in the future. However, Best Buy had better deal than other phone companies. I saved $200.

I bought this phone for my husband and he loves it. The quality is great. Sharp, clean, crisp videos and movies. The camera is amazing even when zoomed all the way in.

I used to be a Note10+ owner and since there is going to be no Note release this year, I decided to go with S21 Ultra. Love the phone and its aesthetics. Non expandable isn't an issue if you go with 256 gb. Only problem is that I had to wait for 1 month to get it and that's mainly because of the high demand.

Honestly I switched from an iphone x to this. I was alaways a fan of andriods but thw camera is awesome on this thing. Honeslty though there is too many crap apps that go with android.. Hated thag part only.. beforw I had the iphone X i had an andriod as well... is the iphone 13 comes out and there are some major differences i will go back for security reasons but for now its okay

The entire process is cumbersome and clunky. The refusal to handle the trade-in furthers the over an hour long experience that then yielded another hour across the street at the AT&T store because then the phone would not come on. Is this what this process has come to? With all of this advancement and technology the best we can do is turn the process of the purchase of a new cell phone into what was once used to describe the torture of purchasing a car? The time and the trades and the add ons.... I really hope the phone is worth its weight as I never want to do that again.

Phone has worked great. I was able to complete the set up without going to the store. It takes wonderful, clear pictures and has great storage

Phone works well but other versions (Verizon) get the important security updates faster. AT&T Version was delayed weeks when a major vulnerability was found but Verizon version was patched within 2 days.

Best in class for picture taking. The issue with ATT call shield caused the phone to not receive calls. Took several calls to ATT to clear it up

Awesome smartphone, the quality of the display is amazing, you can record your videos on 8K UHD. I think is the best smartphone on the market right now.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a fantastic phone, loaded with features and super fast! Don't get caught up in the hype, it is a true star in a crowded field.
