This is the 1st smart phone ive bought myself in years . Works great have to lean how to use it. Just was not happy with the overall price but like i said its been years since i bought myself a new phone

Traded my Galaxy Note 9 for the Galaxy S Ultra. Very happy with this phone and the upgrades Samsung has continued to make to their product line. Love the under screen finger print reader, camera, screen display etc. Operating system is also impressive.

Good and faster than my old phone. Clearer pictures. Only bad thing is the fingerprint feature. I have to do it a couple times for it to be accepted or sometimes I have to use my pin instead because it will lock the feature.

This phone works way worse then my 2 yr old phone. Drops call in and around my home, drops streaming music while I'm driving around. The way things are set up are difficult to use. Not user friendly and to top it off did not let me return it for my money back after a couple days past the 14 days because my daughter was in the hospital. So stuck with a phone im never going use and and extra bill for it. Don't pick AT& T. And I'm disappointed with Best Buy also.

No regrets at all, needed an upgrade, so Best Buy always offers better options for us than my actuality Phone Company AT&T (been with them sonce 2003)

The large size was a bit jarring at first but eventually it became very comfortable. I'm over the moon for the 120hz adaptive display alongside 1440p quality. It feels and looks so amazing.

We’ve been waiting for this device since it was announced. Tim helped us with any questions we had in regards to the phone. This phone has great functionality and more than what we expected.

Anyone who has updated a phone knows what a pain it can be. Not so here! Everything went smoothly, more so than the carrier store. Going back anytime I need an upgrade.

It is every thing they say it is. A little heavier but not bad. Get a good case with a good built in screen saver and you are good. Wow the camera is zoomiful.

Beast of a phone. Bought it on the pre-order trade in deal and I am so glad I upgraded. Best Buy is the best place for good deals on new phones.

Purchased a Samsung S 21 Ultra 5G. Sean handled the transfer to the new phone. Best customer experience ever!

Love this phone. I always get the new phone the day they come out. If you haven't tried Samsung, you need too You're missing out.

I bought Samsung S21 ultra in Feb'21. I bought this phone for 1.3K+ dollars. Comparing with iPhone this phone has good refresh rate and still camera quality (iPhone is better in Video recording). I enjoyed this phone for 6 months until September'21 when it stopped working. My phone was under warranty. The problem started then. I took this phone multiple times to Samsung authorized repair shop and no one able to fix the problem. Since Samsung changed this phone without educating ubreakfix shop, they are not touching S21 ultra phone. Now Samsung wants me to ship this phone to them for another 10-15 days. Samsung doesn't care that after paying thousand dollar I will be spending 10-15 days without phone. Second, there is no point to escalate if you receive poor service or have complain. Third, if you compare this with Apple then they replace your phone with another refurbished phone during warranty and you don't spend time with mobile upper fixer to resolve issue. So anyone planning to buy this phone should also think about the alternatives if things goes bad or they can go buy two iPhones or multiple cheap Samsung phones so that if one breaks you have another as backup.

I couldn't be much more happier with my decision to purchase this phone. I love Samsung products!

Great Phone. Fast, reliable, enough memory. Will take it everywhere. Also the finish is of quality mterials

Tbis phone is totally awesome. Everything is so fast and I really am impressed by the 5G Network speeds.

When it came out there wasn't a lot of screen protectors or covers for the phone. Its a good phone but it needs a screen protector.
