    Went shopping for two new mobile phones. Was greeted and shown a variety of phones. Decided to stay with Samsung and ATT. But the details of the transfer and LACK OF A CHARGER and how to get MY trade-in were lacking. Still trying to understand the details of the new phone and how to purchase the adapter for the provided cable and my OLD charger. Do I Have to go ON-LINE? AND how do I get my trade in from AT&T? Nice guy, short on details
