Who needs a camera when you have this amazing phone. I do not have anything negative to say about this product. It has great battery life. Pictures look professional. The screen is big enough that I can watch Netflix and enjoy the experience. Sound quality is also nice.

Honestly, such a great deal. These cameras are PHENOMENAL! I've had this phone for 1.5 years and it still runs smooth, still fast and reliable and battery still lasts all day (sometimes longer). Definitely will stick with Samsung Galaxy Ultra series in the future!

I needed a phone right away as my last phone didnt survive a drop. I couldn't be without a phone because of job commitments and personal commitments. I purchased this phone because it was the only phone in stock at the time [chip shortage and I`m not an iphone person]. I really like the phone...it's a quality build...the screen is sharp..it is fast... but I'm not convinced that the price is justified.

Good phone overall, except sometimes gives issues with making phone calls. Wifi calling feature is nice, however you need to disconnect from wifi when you have weak wifi signal or your calls will cut in and out. Lack of SD card slot is a bummer. Camera is amazing. Battery life is good. I have been with samsung since the first galaxy. I presently have no intent to buy any other brand of phone

Great Phone. I bought it right when they launched the 22. Phone has been Great up to date. Im a little upset over the moon pic expectations. The phone was advertising the great moon pictures and it turns out they enhance the pictures.

Great phone. Has an excellent camera. Still learning everything this can do. Good size screen. Response time is fast on apps. Jake is the best he took his time in transferring everything over and answered my questions. Just wish this model had other colors.

Love the speed, reliability, and performance of this phone. The display is amazing, and I really love the ability to take high quality photos with the camera. You get what you pay for, and this is premium quality for a premium price.

Solid 4.6 out of 5: As always, pure excellence from Samsung's top of the line products! Great UI, operating system, crazy long battery life, lucrative preorder and trade in offers, and all around top end quality device. Reasons for not getting a 5 out of 5: 1. They removed the Micro SD slot to expand physical memory (I would always boast to iPhone users that internal memory never mattered on Samsung as I could add and/or swap SD cards at whim). 2. The included cord for charging is a USB-C to USB-C (getting away from USB to USB-C for faster charging reasons), however, a USB Type C Wall Charger was not included. I know it cuts costs, however a Type C should have been included. Otherwise I couldn't be happier.

Great phone, processor is fast, screen is bright and camera is awesome. The in screen fingerprint sensor is very responsive. 5G is amazing. I was hesitant going back to Samsung after many years, but I am glad I made the choice to do so. Very customizable, take the time and make it what you want it to be. People that complain about the ads and Samsung overlay do not know how to make the phone work for them. There is a solid build and feel to this phone, doesn't feel like a piece of plastic that is going to slip out of you hand.

I purchased this phone for my son and he loves it. He takes a lot of pictures and the camera on this phone is better than any other Samsung phone we have had in the past. The phone itself is a bit larger than most but not to big.

Satisfied with my purchase so far. I was setting up a new phone line with Verizon and decided to use my trade-in and get the Galaxy S21 Ultra. So far, I am impressed with the quality of the phone. Pictures and videos are amazing. The phone works well with my Samsung galaxy buds and the battery will last definitely up to 2 days without charging (I tend to use my phone a good bit between calling/texting/social media). Very similar to my Galaxy Note 10 phone that I had previous. Will probably keep this phone for a couple more years.

Great phone and camera. Super fast. Love the screen size. This phone will do anything you need it to do. Another great looking and performing product from Samsung. Not cheap though.

upgraded from s10 plus to the s21 ultra yes it was a bit heavy at first but have gotten used to it. Love the big screen and is a lot faster than previous phone. Battery last me all day and then some.

Totally surprised with updated features; crystal clear pics; phone is larger than my former SGs10e which is what I like; I downloaded the user manual in PDF; spent two days getting reacquainted with the Ultra; other customers were asking me about the ease of navigating this 5G jewel and I stated that I had no problem following the instructions; but I must give total credit to Bob Leese and especially Taylor Wire for taking the patience in helping this "21st Century Caveman" in understanding technical verbage that allowed me to enjoy my phone so much more. These Best Buy associates are "Number 1" in my book!!!!

We pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it arrived right on time. When we arrived to pick it up, the Best Buy associate, Katherine, was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. The 21 Ultra 5G is terrific. Very easy to use and takes great photos. The display screen is very vivid and crsip.

Great camera and screen. Performance is great even with multiple apps open. I live in Arizona and work outside. Throughout this hot season it hasn't shutdown or closed apps due to overheating yet, with a full case on. This is a major improvement over my Note 10. Would be 5 stars if battery life was better. I can usually get through the day without a charge. I feel at this price point I shouldn't have to constantly make sure no unused apps are running in background, etc in order to not recharge mid day. Overall, I would rate this phone a 9/10 for my needs.

I recently upgraded from a Galaxy S9 and there are many new upgrades that make this phone worth it. The screen resolution is significantly better and the camera is a great selling point. The software runs smoother with the transitioning between screens and the refresh rate is higher. The battery is significantly better and I have had my phone last a day and a half before needing to be charged again.

I bought this phone in may 2021 and I absolutely love it battery life is great 5G in my area is fast cameras take wonderful pictures and it has really good performance

Great phone for the 2 years I have had it but the battery life is iffy when utilizing the full extent of the phone. Camera quality is great!

Easy to use, and the the right size. Great camera with a lot of useful features. I like how it has a feature that allows the less used apps are put in sleep mode.
