As a hard-core die hard loyal Samsung customer, I'm very disappointed in this phone. Sure the camera is really awesome, but Samsung shot itself in the foot removing expandable storage and the headphone jack from the S21 line of phones. This really sucks. On top of that it seems the only models available are the 128g models because everyone is sold out of 256g & 512g phones. I bought this phone because the sales rep at my Best Buy location indicated this phone still had the SD card slot for expanded storage which it clearly does not. Now I'm going to return the device because 128g won't cut the mustard. For the first time in over 10 years, I'm looking at other brands. I use my expanded storage and my headphone jack daily & I'm not willing to give up these features. Samsung needs to bring back these features and recognize their customer base doesn't want an iPhone or we would have bought an iPhone. Samsung - quit trying to copy Apple and keep the features that have set you apart in the past or you will lose more customers like me.

This phone is an absolute beast, super fast, nice big and rich screen and the camera works amazing. The $350 off was the cherry on top, thanks best buy

Amazing phone. The 4K 120hz screen is the most amazing phone screen to look at. The large battery is also nice. The speakers have a fantastic sound to them.

I've been one to buy mid-range phones outright and use them for a few years, but saw the sale price + trade-in on my Pixel 3 would make the S21 Ultra free (with carrier financing) so I decided to pull the trigger. Overall, I've been very happy for mostly WFH use and a little travel where I was out and about for hours. Love the performance, cameras, screen and quick wireless charging. Unfortunately, I found myself having to resort to periodic battery savings measures and carrying a USB backup battery because the battery drains quickly. Other than the battery life, I have no complaints with this phone and will be likely to consider a Samsung as my next phone, too.

I have been a galaxy since the first one was deployed. This version has the best camera by far of any previous models!

Love this phone the cameras the screen the memory are all upgrades over my s20 fe as well as the processor. It was 350 off with activation

Amazingly fast. Screen is clear and all features seem to work perfectly. Phone is heavy buy the battery lasts forever. Very happy.

Yay!!!! The camera I wanted! It's soooo nice! (I don't really care very much about the phone for phone purposes, but it is also fine and has a quiet, clear signal.) I bought this for the camera! I did an in-store side-by-side comparison with the 2nd rated phone (according to online reviews). You can probably guess which one. They were both very nice, but this camera won hands-down for me. I like the variety of lenses and f-stops. I like how close this one could focus (macro). Be sure to review the tips and other online suggestions for getting maximum functionality out of it. The pictures are exceptionally clear, even after cropping them (and even if cropping from the optical zoom). Optical zoom goes up to 10x. Digital zoom goes to 100x. They give you an extra "spotting" window to help you FIND your target at that level of zoom. <hehe> The digital zoom pictures are NOT at the same crispness level as the optical zoom, but they still aren't bad at all. I found a case online that included a slide window to cover the lenses. That is probably wise, although they also have a glass (?) cover over them for protection. If you want to take pictures, get THIS phone/camera!

I recently purchased the Samsung S21 Ultra, and have been very happy with it thus far. It is very easy to use, the camera is excellent and easy to use. I upgraded mainly for the camera. The representative was very helpful, and patient. I would go to Best Buy again to upgrade.

Great camera which is why I upgraded from the S9+. Amazing zoom in capabilities. Do like the processing speed when uploading apps or pics. This camera is very heavy which surprised me. Downside the battery does not last as long as my S9+. Tech is not able to see why the battery does not last as long and told to keep using it to see if it will adjust. Not comfortable with this advice after paying $1200 for an upgraded phone. The increase in size has not been an issue but not as much as a benefit as I thought it would be.

After years being an IPhone user i never thought i would switched back to an Android OS phone,but i did. The phone has a good built solid feeling in the hand, nice black matte finish, even though it's glass. Camera is good. I don't do a lot of photos, but the few I have taken look good. Sound quality could be better when not using ear buds, headphones. Battery life seem to be good, as longs you adjust your settings. Android well either you like it, or you don't. I wish Samsung had their own OS.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB- what a mouthful. And what a phone! Updating from a Galaxy S7, this phone is fast, just click on an icon, the app opens right away. Haven't learned the camera stuff yet, but reviews say it's awesome. The screen is bright enough to read in sunlight, tons of built-in sounds. Very large and heavy, no charger or earphones in the box. I am happy with it.

Amazing Phone/Camera. I have set it up for my particular needs like large text and black background (easy on the eyes). Best phone screen ever (even works in the bright sunlight). I did have to download the user manual to figure out some things but it does a lot more than expected. The Camera is over the top. Quality and stabilization features for 100x zoom really good.

This is a great phone. Really, really great. Takes amazing, vivid photos, battery life is great, and it's got a nice, heavy feel I haven't had in a phone since the first iphone. The only problem is that the center of mass is high, like right on the camera bump. So, if you're holding it normally and stop holding the sides, it will flip over and crash the the floor. So buy this phone, but a beefy case and an accidental damage plan should be mandatory.

Great camera and battery life. Bought after my pixel 4xl started to die (after 14 months) and my husband's 3xl did the same thing. Everyone I know that has a samsung knows they last over 2 years or at least trade in the phone for an upgrade and get a decent amount back. Loved the pixels but they don't last. Phone works great with my samsung tv too
