The new flagship phone. I was hesitant to get the 128gb version because of storage. I have about 64gb left after transferring everything from old phone. So happy about that. Pics turn out great with new camera. Like the new zoom feature. Battery lasts all day with daily use. Longer if you turn off always on display. Screen is very nice to look at.

I just got the phone and am happy so far. Camera is great!!!! And accessories had good choices available. The cable for charging dies not come with a plug in adapter nor is it a USB. Good thing I have wireless charger to use. Also lower rating cause this phone does not have a SD slot so you have to exhaust internal memory or use the cloud.

Originally, my wife and I bought this phone for our grandson. I ended up liking it so much I bought the S22 Ultra. And I love them both. For work, play, or reading and conversing, it handles it all. Never had an issue with heat, exposure to dust at work, or humidity Durable and reliable.

I have had a long string of Samsung smart phones and find they are the best out there for me. I was excited to get this new 5g phone with multiple cameras. The phone itself is o.k. with a nice bright screen. However, I don't know if it's the 5g or what but this particular phone is very fidgety and inconsistent. My apps sometimes just stop working and the streaming is not so good if there isn't 5g available in the area where I am. I particularly have trouble with Google maps and I have to frequently re-start the phone to re-set the apps. It seems to be getting a bit better as the 5g availabilty gets better, but overall my least favorite of all the Samsung phones I have had. I will say that the battery life is great, but I do not do a lot of video streaming, but I do stream music all day at the office and don't have to plug the phone in until I go to bed at the end of the day.

Bought this for my wife last summer, it is great she used it when traveling to Europe last summer and loved it. Her only complaint is she feels it is a little too heavy since she moved up from a smaller galaxy phone. Battery lasts and lasts.

I purchased a Galaxy S21 Ultra a month ago, and really like it. My previous phone was a Galaxy 5, and it gave me almost 8 years of trouble-free service. I actually hated getting rid of a perfectly good phone, but felt it was time for an upgrade. Instead of screwing around, I went straight to the top of the heap for this one. The display colors and clarity are almost unreal, and it has the latest scratch resistant Gorilla Glass. I like the Samsung brand, and am very pleased with this upgrade. With a little help from the Best Buy staff, I got my info transferred, and the phone was $450 off the regular price. Long-term reviews would probably help your decision process more than mine, but I'm happy with Samxung and Best buy.

The camera is really wonderful. The night mode is very sensitive and picks up a lot of light! Sunsets are also great on this phone. It is such a leap up from the Note 8 in every way. Only cons: there is no headphone jack and it doesn't come with a cord to charge it.

This phone is amazing! 108 mega pixel camera.. 8k hd video.. by far the best galaxy I have owned. But dont get the 120gb, no sd card and phone comes with 70gb of installed junk you cant get rid of. Not leaving much for HD photos

Fast phone, use it for Pokemon Go. Fast phone when the network works. Verizon still has 5G and general network issues (dead spots) in same places as my old S20. Pictures are great

Love the new phone. Not happy with samsung deciding to remove the sd card slot and not including a charger. The least they could do is be open about it. Would have given 5 stars but can't do it since they can include a charger with an 1100 dollar phone and would have gotten more memory if it was known they took out the sd card slot. Verizon representative didn't even know the sd slot was gone.

Replacing previous Galaxy. It works well. It's fast and good call quality. It's a little heavier than it really should be but overall a good phone. Hopefully the next generation can be a little lighter but not really a big deal.

Awesome camera!! Everything works perfectly. Fast sign in either with face or pin. It's heavier but I'm getting used to that. Camera is the best ever....don't need a camera and a phone.....I have both is this phone.

love samsung phones and this one takes great pictures and battery power is great. its a larger phone than what i had before but i have gotten used to it

Best camera on a phone yet. Zoom is ridiculously good and performs perfectly. Battery life is a plus because I use my phone most of the day. It also charges real quick . Wish they had more color options for the ultra.

I dont like that they took the capability for external storage away, thats one of the things I really liked about Samsung. They also took the headphone jack away. It almost seems like they're starting to try to be more like iPhone. But the cameras are great and it's easy to use the operating system.

I got this phone from Best Buy after realizing my purchase from Samsung did not allow me to video chat with my husband! I liked my Note 20 ultra but love this more. The camera!!! The service I received at Best Buy was excellent even with a glitch that was fixed quickly. I wish I had gotten the name of my customer service rep. She was the best!!!

This is the best phone of the year! I really enjoy my samsung s21 ultra so far! Love the camera, the only thing that i really dont like is the size of the phone and its kinda heavy. But overall its the best!

Love this phone. I can play games and podcasts all day and have to charge it maybe once we're ad my last phone it was two or three times during the work day. The speed is amazing and colors and fantastic.

Awesome phone. Not cheap! I had the Samsung Galaxy J7 Smartphone before I upgraded to this model. Large screen, loud speaker, 128 GB of memory, nice camera, etc. No complaints! Happy with my purchase!

I've had the S21 Ultra now for almost 2 weeks, after doing the launch for the pre-order. I was surprised I needed to do an update the first day I got it. The camera & battery are great, but a few of my apps have had a little trouble since upgrading (from a Note 10+).
