I am a big fan of Samsung products and this phone has the features and performance to keep that high opinion. Beautiful screen images. Love that they moved the Bixby button to the same side as volume so that i don't keep accidentally hitting it when adjusting the volume with one hand. Rear facing camera takes fantastic pics. The standard 128 gb is appreciated. Highly recommend this.

I needed a new phone but put it off for a long time. My iPhone 6plus has been very dependable but no longer supported and apps were asking me to update but the software update was not available anymore for the 6plus. When looking at new phones I came away not impressed with the new iPhone models and then looked at the new Galaxy's. I settled on the Ultra and so far I am impressed with the design and functionality.

The best samsung phone. So many features and battery life is long. The camera takes great pics also.

After breaking my s20, Best Buy was able to get me an amazing trade value for my broken phone. I upgraded to this bad boy. The finger print scanner is faster, larger and more accurate. The camera actually works vs last years failed attempt. That claim the 5G is improved, but I haven’t noticed any real difference. I would recommend the upgrade just for the camera improvements if you have the s20. Also I think Best Buy has been killing it with its mobile service.

I like the phone, however, i am disappointed that i couldn't get one with more memory or able to add an sd card. Samsung goes back and forth between the capability to do so. They should give a choice. I may have to decide to try another brand in the future if i can't get what i want. I loved that Hannah was so good with me and took the time with me to decide which was the best fit since Samsung couldn't help with the storage that i needed.
