No lags like my old phone. Very good camera. Since it doesn't have memory slot I bought the 512 gb just in case I needed it. My old phone was 128gb and I probably used only 30 gb so 512gb maybe overkill for me. Battery is decent. I been playing games for 1 hour and battery went down maybe 10 percent. It doesn't overheat like other people are saying.

Outstanding phone. I am still learning the strengths. Camera is top notch, much improved from the S20. I now have 5g in the area, definitly rocks streaming and clear calls. Now have room for more music and photo storage.

Amazing phone!!!!!! This camera is a major upgrade and I'm glad I waited for this flagship to come out and not get the note 20. Nothing against I just don't use the S pen feature frequently. Sucks that they removed the SD micro card but it's all good. There's alternatives to move files from phone to computer

My Husband loves his new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and the personal service we received after getting the phone from our local Best Buy in Lake Geneva, WI and sales agent(s) Nickole, Max and store Manager Nick, Nickole in transferring all of my data from my old phone to the new phone and with Max their explanation on how to use the new features of my S21 Ultra, and Nick the store manager in his assistance with accessories. It is because of the courtesy of these employees and their efforts to insure that we are totally happy with the service and value of our purchase, that we will forever remain loyal to Best Buy for the the great deals they offer on all of our electronic and other household items that we need and want. They are the best!!!

I hate to give this a 3 star review, but Samsung has no idea how to make an OS. Sick of not being able to set some apps to notify silent or not at all. Over all notification settings are decent, but some major issues. The fingerprint reader is a flat out joke! It never works and you can't find it because it's in the middle of the screen. I went from my S9+ where it was unlocked when I got the phone to my face every time from the reader on the back, to this complete garbage where it never reads it.. even when it shows you where it is, it takes a few tries. Horrible design. The rest of the phone is solid. Having issues with the autofocus which is annoying as all get out since the camera is the reason I got the phone. Overall I am happy with the way it performs and hopefully both of those 2 issues can be fixed with software updates. I am hoping one day Samsung wakes up and starts using stock android as this OneUI is a joke!!!! Day 1 uninstall everything I can Samsung and replace with google apps. This is not a seamless experience, but dealing with some hassles is still better than using all the Samsung bloatware on this thing!
