I needed to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G phone since my old phone was too small of a screen. The Samsung Galaxy S22+ phone has a bigger screen and I like the features on the new phone very much also.

Have had Samsung cell phones (6S Active) for 5 plus years. This one operates very differently and hard to understand. It was 4 days before I figured out how to answer phone call (swipe up, don't push on green button like 6S Active). Photos great. Stupid having to buy a charger for a $1,000 cell phone - makes the whole purchase taste sour!

We just got the phone… so far it’s great. We have to go back and add the glass to the front to protect the screen. The phone is a little bigger than we thought. It has three cameras and awesome graphics.

Love the phone, att not so much. Added a line for my nephew not onky is his bill higher than mine, but, alot of included fees. Like a $35 upgrade fee. Youd thinknthat be waived considering your eligible for an upgrsde

We needed an upgrade, and this was perfect for us. Lots of new features. Just takes awhile to transfer everything over from our other phones.

Easy exchange process. Best Buy employee very knowledgeable and transferred data from old phone to new phone quickly. S22+ is very similar to my old S8+ in size and not difficult to master because the setup exactly mirrored all my previous settings. Thank you BB, the new phone is awesome!

Nice new updated phone, i had to learn how to navigate thru different functions to learn what i was trying to do, but i did it after 6 years with my old phone, now that i know this one a lot better...I LOVE IT.

Overall, loved the functionality of the phone however the battery life wasn't what I expected. Previous new phones usually last a day and a half without needing a charge. This phone required charging at least once a day. Otherwise, great.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S8 and they made some changes I don't like. No LED notification light being the big one. I'd still have my S8 if it didn't start giving me issues.
