Previously had a Galaxy A13 with a worse service provider so the difference between this phone and that one is nite and day, this is faster, has a better camera, more storage, more features, better signal and waaaay less lag.

Galaxy phones are the only phones I will ever buy. Lightning fast processor, camera is fantastic, overall better then iPhone and any other phone out there.

The phone itself is great. However, they told me I would be eligible to get the phone for free with my trade in. AT&T also confirmed. After numerous conversations back and forth, I ended up having to pay the full price of the phone. I have a bad taste in my mouth after this experience.

I like the phone a lot. It's super responsive and no longer has the ridiculous curved glass edges that made it more prone to cracking. The battery life is solid but bluetooth is sketchy at best. It has issues switching between devices

Set up at Best Buy for my new phone was pretty quick and easy. Some things are different and I'm working on learning the new features. Nice phone. Only issue I have is the battery doesn't seem to last. I have to charge it every day. It charges very fast though.

Overall I was a drastic upgrade from my S7 edge. Most of the applications the speed and the processing power all seemed to be drastically better as well.

Upgraded from s10+. Great preorder deal with att trade-in deal. Power and volume buttons on same side is a change but overall good upgrade

As always, top quality phone from Samsung. Only complaint is protective cases are hard to find that have a front screen protector, but that is on all phones any more I am finding out.
