my wifes phone died, and we went to the store to see if we could get it fixed. NO Luck; however, the the store associates were great explained the options we had and helped us get a new phone transfer the data from the old to the new. erin was great.

I love this phone. The camera takes beautiful pictures, even in poor light. I had previously been using a note 8 so I appreciate the note feature and the return of the stylus with the built-in holding slot. Would highly recommend this phone

If you are going to buy a phone and like using the camera then this is the one. Picture quality is amazing and videos are next level. Phone works as well as any previous model. The stylus is nice and the fact that it was Burgundy color and shows through a clear case is a nice touch.

So far, I really like this phone. Simple to use, fast reaction time and i really like the stylus, I did not have that with the older version of Samsung that I had. I am sure there are dozens of features on this phone that I haven't even tried yet and I am anxious to discover all that this phone can do.
