    Poor Job on Data Transfer to New Phone

    The purchase of the phone went fine. The transfer of the data from my old phone to my new phone was a disaster. I figured it would take 3 hours to transfer all my data. I got a call from the best buy tech after 75 mins and he said it was done. I asked if he got everything off the micro sd card too and he said yes. When I picked up my phone everything looked ok on the surface. When I got home I started to identify much of my data that was missing. When I went back to my old phone the micro sd card was corrupted and I couldn't gain access to it. I spent the next 4 days recovering all the data that was on my old phone. Next time I will do it all my self. I would have been better off.

    Send me an email to review a product that was preordered weeks before the product release on March 25th. Now it is April 16th and still haven't heard a word about being able to pick up my phone. Any other year preordered a phone I had it on the day it was released.

    I have pre-ordered S22 Ultra and S22+ on 02/12. Still don't have any updates on that order... The one star review is for the comunucation,Best-buy store and shipping... For the phone,we see later,if arrive at sometime...
