Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy A51 and The Galaxy S23 are vastly different is terms of devices. Here's a few features that are different, the Galaxy S23 offers Wireless PowerShare, has larger internal storage options, a larger RAM, it functions on the 5G wireless network versus the 4G wireless network, it offers a higher resolution camera (Dual Aperture), and has an Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, just to name a few differences between the two devices. I like the new/upgraded features of this phone. I did have a problem which I believe has been fixed. Every 2-3 days I was not able to send/receive text messages or make/receive phone calls. If I restarted my phone everything worked again. The net result after speaking to Best Buy and Verizon was that the issue was the sim card and it should be replaced. Best Buy gave me a new sim card but could not activate it. I then went to a Verizon store. They told me they had a more recent sim card than the one Best Buy gave me. They installed the upgraded card and everything has been working. I will know in a few days if the problem is fixed. There was no charge from either Best Buy or Verizon

Same set up as my old phone with some updated options. Most of which I'll never use or know how to use, but useful if that day comes.
