A good phone that does exactly what I need it to when I need it done. I've owned this model for several approximately 8 months now. I've traveled to Europe and Africa, and around the US with this device and it has worked like a champ the whole time. The digital SIMs make travelling abroad a snap. The battery life has been great - even while using it to navigate all day in 115 degree temperatures without access to a charger. The pictures are gorgeous. The phone size fits nicely in my small hands and my pants pockets. The screen is easy to see in most lighting, although the desert sun was a bit harsh on eyes and screens. The water/dust resistance claims have been thoroughly tested (on accident). The phone has survived a drop in shallow water, dog slobber, and salt/sand while surf fishing. As you can tell, I don't coddle my devices...they go where I go, and if they are sturdy enough I have to find one that is. All-in-all I've really enjoyed this phone.

Wife loves this phone, still loves it after nearly a year, it’s s as great product and reliable and fast speeds, we had a great experience with the store help, and the employees were so nice and helpful, we learned a lot while there and they helped in getting a phone that was perfect for my wife and work and lifestyle! Thank y’all for all y’all’s help and giving us a good reliable phone, we highly recommend this phone and Best Buy as a whole!

Updated this phone from the S22. Better battery and faster processor! I was going to buy the S23 Plus because of the bigger battery for Doordash but 3900 mah is more than enough! Pair it as always with the Otterbox commuter series

Very good phone. I miss the S10's side fingerprint sensor to unlock phone and it's a bit bulkier. That being said, pictures are amazing and speed is really good.

Picture quality is good for the price. Screen size is reasonable.

I purchased an unlocked 128GB S23 open-box in phantom black in excellent condition for a hefty discount and I am very pleased with it! It performs perfectly and looks stunning too. Great sound and crisp pictures that look exactly like what you're seeing in person in terms of color and proportion. I had the S10e before upgrading and there's a very noticable upgrade in performance and battery life. It's not much larger than the S10e, but it is definitely heavier which I like because it feels like a solid and expensive phone. I think it looks a lot better and fancier than the S22 and I'm glad I waited for the S23. It was very easy to transfer the data from my old phone via Wi-Fi taking around 30 minutes max. I've seen some reviewers mention being disappointed by the front facing camera but I think it's great personally. It gives just the right amount of sharpness and the lighting looks the same as in-person to me. It having an upgraded processor and 8GBs of RAM certainly shows. The scrolling and touch is very smooth and just the right amount of sensitive. Overall, the S23 is a compact, solid, powerful, bright, and crispy phone that is easy to use and ready to go. Get it!

I havent owned a flagship galaxy for 4-5 years. After going through hard times, i was able to save up and get this. It reminded me of why i have always loved android devices over iPhones. The camera is great, changing from apps is very fast, and overall the size is incredible. It is kinda dumb on Samsung to make a smaller phone more expensive (ive missed having this smaller size) but overall it is a great device, and I'd be willing to bet that you wont be disappointed by getting this. Grab a case, a screen protector, and enjoy the top tier phone.

Upgraded from my old S10 and the S23 definitely is one of the better phones on the market right now. It drops the curved edge of previous generations, in my opinion to the benefit of the phone, it feels solidly constructed, the cameras are of great quality and the phone runs smoothly. Samsung continues to be my choice of phone manufacturer.

I had every samsung. S3,s4,s5,s6plus,s7edge,s8,s9,s10 and tried s22 for a month before wanted to return but gave to my son. The s23 is the best phone ever. Super Fast, the camera, features and battery life all amazing. I highly recommend this phone if your looking to finally upgrade, this is the one. Miss my aux cord but thats ok i found a C to aux plug so ill use that.

I'm wowed by the improvements made to the S23. Externally, the Gorilla glass Victus 2 front glass promises a more durable and scratch resistant screen. The screen itself is very bright and viewable, even in bright sunlight and the variable refresh rate up to 120 mhz ensures smooth operation. What sets the phone apart is the processor, a Snapdragon 8 gen 2, custom designed for Samsung, with a slightly faster clock speed. It provides smooth and snappy response and outstanding battery life, under normal conditions, I'm getting two days of battery life. I also love the form factor. The 6.1" screen offers a decent viewing experience while permitting one handed operation. The cameras are also excellent, providing sharp and well exposed photos. Samsung has also released regular firmware upgrades that have quickly improved camera function.

It’s really a 4.5 stars, and only because compared to the s24 this phone only gets 4 years of software updates as opposed to the s24 getting 7 (which is why I returned the s23). The phone is a good size, about as narrow as my old s10e and just a bit taller making it a solid choice for small hands. The edges were a little sharp, but doesn’t matter once a case is put on. The battery life was good, I’m not the heaviest user and would end the day with about 35 - 45%. Big phones will always be battery kings, but if I absolutely needed to I could probably stretch this to 2 days with minimal screen on time. Screen is awesome and bright, cameras are good, takes excellent photos day or night, of course video always loses out to iPhone. My biggest gripe was the in screen fingerprint reader. Without a screen protector it’s an 8/10, only because the coverage felt small. But once I slapped a protector on, the fingerprint reader consistently took a few tries even after mapping the same fingerprint twice. I’m sure there are screen protectors that would work better, but it’s a question of trial and error to find the right one. At the end of the day, in screen readers will always be inferior to dedicated optical fingerprint reader buttons, as the s10e had on the side. I also miss the mappable bixby button. I never used bixby, but I loved the ability to map my camera to a physical button. In 5 years the mappable button will return as a “new feature”. Of course no headphone jack, which will always be missed. RIP wired audio. I was torn between this device and the newest pixel, but the s23 has a much easier battery to replace. At this point, all phones are good and will get the job done. It’s really about what will last the longest, and that comes down to repairability and software updates.

I bought this phone for work and must say I'm thoroughly impressed with the build quality and performance! The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is leaps and bounds better than its predecessor. Battery life is great, and I adore the multitasking capabilities of the included software. I would definitely wait to find an open box deal since $650 for this device is a steal.

Performance- excellent Size- Awesome Speed- very fast

I went from the s21 to the s23 and so far the phone is a beast. Having it last a long time with the battery and on top of having it well placed on your hand. I got this one since i dont have big hands so the smaller one did for me good. Charging is also pretty fast as well as the camera really did improve. Cons: its soft phone so try getting a case with grip that way it doesn't slip out of your hands.
