A good phone that does exactly what I need it to when I need it done. I've owned this model for several approximately 8 months now. I've traveled to Europe and Africa, and around the US with this device and it has worked like a champ the whole time. The digital SIMs make travelling abroad a snap. The battery life has been great - even while using it to navigate all day in 115 degree temperatures without access to a charger. The pictures are gorgeous. The phone size fits nicely in my small hands and my pants pockets. The screen is easy to see in most lighting, although the desert sun was a bit harsh on eyes and screens. The water/dust resistance claims have been thoroughly tested (on accident). The phone has survived a drop in shallow water, dog slobber, and salt/sand while surf fishing. As you can tell, I don't coddle my devices...they go where I go, and if they are sturdy enough I have to find one that is. All-in-all I've really enjoyed this phone.

Good phone. Still getting used to since I upgraded from. Motorola G7Play. My last galaxy phone was the S4. Prev. phones S3, Moto G5+, various non-smart phones. I like the cameras. Lots of apps. Wish samsung in google would allow some deleting of the ones that are permanent. Has a lot grouped into one. Open box excellent condition. Kohler WI store. Came w/fast charge USB-C to USB-C 60W cable(aftermarket) & USB 5W Insignia charger does not match cable to plug in. Noticed when I went to T-mobile for sim swap. Granted I paid about $200 for the phone. I should have gone back before driving back to Milwaukee. Phone is still learning my habits so I don't know if I'll be able to get a full day's charge out of it. Especially if I set it up to only 80%to help the long term life of the battery. I noticed it had the weather for Washington D.C. so it must have been a return. Good service over all at the Kohler store. Though I would have liked a little more guidance and explanation on the cases.And screen protectors other than 'whatever I want'. Based on GSMArena & CU Reports batt. should be somewhat better then Google Pixels. I still have to learn more features like AI. & set up rest of Samsung/Knox features. I still appreciate the phone and Best Buy service(thanks to Rod,etc). Thank God.

Updated this phone from the S22. Better battery and faster processor! I was going to buy the S23 Plus because of the bigger battery for Doordash but 3900 mah is more than enough! Pair it as always with the Otterbox commuter series

Very slick and good design with amazing picture quality

Wife loves this phone, still loves it after nearly a year, it’s s as great product and reliable and fast speeds, we had a great experience with the store help, and the employees were so nice and helpful, we learned a lot while there and they helped in getting a phone that was perfect for my wife and work and lifestyle! Thank y’all for all y’all’s help and giving us a good reliable phone, we highly recommend this phone and Best Buy as a whole!
