Q: Many phones I have looked at it says UNLOCKED. What does that mean?
A: Unlocked means you can use the phone for any phone service carrier at&t, sprint, verizon ect..
A: I do not have 5G service at my home, phone works great.

Q: Can an unlocked galaxy s23 work with straighttalk?
A: They say it does but, when my daughter tried to activate another unlocked phone with straight talk, she was told it would not work. Had to return the phone.
A: The phone that I ordered from Best Buy I initially thought that my phone was used but after I purchased it and set it up, I realized it was brand new. Although I wanted a brand new phone and expected I was going to get one. It works great but I feel that I paid too much for it.
