Went to Best Buy in Westminster CA to try to upgrade my wife's Samsung Note 9 to a Galaxy S23 and David help me through the process! After David showed me the differences between the S23 and the S23+, I chose the S23+. David carefully worked through the buying and transfer carrier process, then the phone in stock had an issue so he asked if I could wait a few days for another phone to come to the store, no problem for me! When I went back on Monday David was at lunch so Brydon (I hope I spelled it right) helped me start the transfer all my important data and installed a lifetime screen protector! Then David came over and finished the transfer and answered all my technical questions! David (and Brydon) were the best! And my wife loves her new S23+, and I know Best Buy has back for the next 2 years with my Totaltech membership! Thank you Samsung for making such great phones and Best Buy for hiring for greatest people!
