Computer came but the phone never arrived

I ordered a computer and phone for work on black friday and the computer came but the phone never did. I ordered this in tandem as well as spent over 1,000$ in the store on that day. I have recieved zero updates and have had to file a claim with fedex today. This is outragous as i have had no contact or updates and feel as if my time and money has been appreciated for not.

The phone was factory reset and came with a generic USB cable and power adapter. The front camera lens and screen are surprisingly free of scratches and defects, except for a small bend near the rear-facing camera. This bend has caused a bubble under the screen protector we added, and I've tried two types of hard screen protectors, with both suffering the same effect. Setting up Android and adding her accounts was easy, and activating her SIM card was no problem. According to the built-in battery management software, the battery is in excellent condition and holding a charge. Everything seems to be working well, and I'll update this review if anything changes in the next couple of years. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone considering a refurbished phone.

I've bought pre owned phones from best buy before, and I have never been disappointed! It arrived ahead of schedule and I was so happy to see that it was in great condition. I love best, buy and it's my go to place!
