Phone case

I called customer service before purchase because it was delivered and I wasn't going to be able to return the this item. I'm disabled and I don't drive. Unfortunately, giving them all the information on my phone. The person who helped me didn't get it right. Not only was my phone a birthday gift but so was the case and screen cover. So now I'm stuck. Thank you best buy. Extremely not satisfied.
