Upgraded from S20+ for the camera improvement. 12GB RAM makes it fast for lots of apps. However, the weight increase is probably too much for lots of people.

Was exactly what we were wanting, with the gig's to get all the amazing photos we will want to take with this amazing phone and camera. The Geek Squad was very efficient in transferring everything.

I like this phone a lot and it was an upgrade. The camera is amazing and it shoots 8k video, which I learned the hard way is difficult to share becasue of the file size. If you like Samsung, you'll like this phone. Battery lasts forever too!

Picture quality is awesome! Phone is rather large and takes getting use to if you are use to having a smaller phone. Video quality is great. Phone is easy to use. Overall great phone.

One of the best phones i have ever owned, camera quality is amazyng, only drawback is the lack of Micro SD card expansion slot.

The s23 ultra is the best phone I have seen and packed with so many features. The promotion upgraded the memory to 512gb. Cameras are fantastic.

We had the Note 20 Ultra and upgraded to the S23 Ultra and are glad we did. While we liked our Note 20, the S23 Ultra is a much better device. We've had it a bit more than a week and are continuing to find new and/or better things. The camera is much better than the one on the Note 20 which amazed us. The camera on the S23 Ultra is worth the upgrade by itself. We're glad we made the move.

We upgraded from the Note 20 Ultra to the S23 Ultra. While we loved the Note this new S23 Ultra is great. We've had it a week and continue to be impressed when we discover something new and/or better. The camera on the S23 Ultra is AMAZING! I'd upgrade just for it. We fell like we made a great choice.
