False info about warranty

When I read the description of the phone it showed 1 yr warranty for parts & labor. Once purchased the warranty info no longer appeared I reached ojt to the company to question amd was advised there is no warranty. I may have still purchased and kept the phone if there was no deception. Makes me wonder how good this companu really is
