Silicone feels high quality. Case looks pretty stylish. Strap feels nice but I worry about the durability of the clasps inside the case going forward. Not sure why there's a person complaining about S Pen access. Cutout is just fine, even had a friend with larger hands try it out and they got it out fine. Case is a decent hardness, definitely nothing thats going to protect your phone from the extremes but with the grippiness of the silicon combined with the strap its doubtful youll be dropping it anytime soon. Inside of the case is lined with what i assume is either alcantara or felt, feels high quality and will help the back glass some. I opted for the black and green color combo however I'm definitely planing to get the white and orange one as well.

Perfect fit. Love the way it feels. I actually took off the white part of the strap so it sits better on my wireless charger. There are also 2 places on the inside of the case where you can make the strap tighter or extra room.

Great fit in the hand, slim and grippy. You also can enjoy a good run with the band without your ohone falling out, definitely recommend!

The item arrived with a slash in the mailer. It was a week after I ordered it not 2 days as advertised. The manufacturer's box was damaged on both ends crushed. It was taped shut on both ends. The case itself had dirty nasty fingerprints all over the inside. And the bottom of the case was smashed in. I wasted 45 minutes in chat trying to get someone to help me with a brain. That didn't work then I got someone on the phone to help me by then I was an hour into this waste of my time. And was told that even if I used a UPS exchange or return I would still have to go somewhere in my car using my gas money and my time off from work to make the transaction. And that's not fair when Best buy apparently sends dirty nasty returned items to new customers expecting a new item in a box from a manufacturer. So now I'm waiting for a call back from a manager again. I will never buy anything from Best buy again. This was one of the biggest wastes and disappointments of my life even though it was a phone case. I would expect customer service this bad for something that was my fault. But it wasn't. And I have spent thousands of dollars over years at Best buy. And this is what I get. A dirty nasty broken phone case that I have to figure out how to return. And I wish that you could have heard some of the inane questions that the agents asked me. For instance is the packaging dangerous? What? Another agent said they can't help me because they do software support. And again I'm thinking is that my problem? Plus they spelled software incorrectly so I pity the person getting software support from them. Goodbye Best buy good riddance. Good riddance.

It has a cool grip strap, but it failed in protecting my phone. I dropped it from chest height and the corner of the case ripped through and my phone was damaged.

Received an open dirty case, i ordered a new one. Was not expecting this from BB. This does not seem to be a mistake its delicate. The box is not even closed. See attached photos.

Great feel, excellent fit, excellent overall construction. The silicone texture helps it grip to surfaces, like dashboards, I've driven around with the strap removed with my S23Ultra on a dashboard and it stayed right where I left it. Well worth the cost, itself been excellent after more than 3 months of tough use.

Great case, makes it easy and comfortable to hold and use a large phone. The strap is also adjustable which is great for bigger hands. The case is easy to put on the phone and works with non-glass screensavers.

Its comfy easy to put on and take off fits in pocket. Wireless charge doesnt work the best and corner wear out fast

Case fits perfectly and it comfortable to carry. Not sure how durable it is. Will try to update post (if possible) in a few months after use. Would definitely recommend a screen protector for the phone as the top and bottoms of the case has a lip and the sides are level with the phone.

The strap on the back is a very nice and handy feature to the case, although it doesn't lay flight on surfaces makes it a little troublesome for wireless charging ( still works tho) a d phone stands or holders, the little tilt it has when in a table is nice for videos. All in all good product

Not too bulky, but the back strap does not allow the phone to wireless charge. Dropped it once and nicked the corner and now everything gets stuck in the rubber corner.
